We care for our health and for that we like to go to the gym and do the fitness and health activities. We also pay a fee to avail of those services. This is the traditional process and we are used to this business model for decades. Even though we go to the gym and exercise but we exactly don't know what activities have we done unless few fitness apps were introduced. Now we are in the 21st century and we have very advanced technologies with us. World's top company Google also launched their fitness app know as Google Fit on October 28, 2014. Apart from there is a numerous number of fitness apps like Samsung health, Nokia Healthmate, Apple Health, etc. These apps help to track the activities and offers similar information. As a user, we can download any of these apps and keep a better watch on our health activities and if required we can manage our activities to stay healthy and fit and I had used Google fit for a long time and stopped using it last year.

Have you ever heard that any of the fitness app reward users for using their app? No, obviously not because the truth is - There is no such app exist which pay rewards to their users except Actifit.

Actifit Introduction

Actifit is an Innovative DApp built on Steem Blockchain that rewards your everyday activity through upvote and AFTI tokens. Actifit was launched on 26 June 2018 by @mcfarhat who is a health & fitness enthusiast. This idea behind making actifit is new and unique. Actifit believes in fitness and when any user scores minimum 5000 steps through various activities related to fitness and make the post then that user gets rewarded with AFIT tokens along with steem upvote.

Recently @actifit celebrated their first anniversary and started a contest with collaboration with @blocktrades in which actifitters can win Steem Fest ticket along with accommodation and this is official post

Mentor update-

Working as Actifit mentor was a great experience and I on-boarded 21 people. Out of these 21 members, 9 are existing steem users who never used the actifit app and remaining 12 joined through my actifit referral link.

How to start Using Actifit-

Getting started with actifit is very simple and its just 3 steps process.

1. Download the Actifit mobile app.
2. Do any activity like jogging, walking, go to the gym, move around your office and make actifit score of minimum 5000 counts.
3. Post the score using the actifit app to the Steem blockchain, and get rewarded (upvote+AFIT tokens)

My experience as Actifit User, Moderator and Mentor-

I have been using the actifit app since 27 Nov 2019 and I was using Google fit earlier to track my fitness activities. I am impressed with this cool app and its reward system so stopped using Google fit. I have completed 200 rewarded posts with acfifit and have almost 29k AFIT tokens in my wallet.

I have joined Actifit as Moderator in March 2019 and I love to review posts and help users to post nice content with very good score. The entire moderation team is very much dedicated and now even our users are well aware of the actifit posting guidelines.

Actifit Mentor program was started by @beamentor and @rosatravels in May'19 month. Working for this program was a great experience and I shared my mentor progress report last month.
I like to help people and bringing them to actifit and steem was amazing. Any task requires hard work and dedication and I tried to put my best into it and as a result, I brought 21 members which more than the required number.

Actfit is a well-known name in steem blockchain and its an app which is bringing people to steem because of its innovative concept. I have seen so many users who are using the only actifit app. They have joined steem because of actifit so this DApp is adding great value to steem platform.
Actifit Founder @mcfarhat has a great vision and focused approach to keep it easy to use and feature loaded app. I have seen this app growing in last 7 months of my tenure. Actifit team is so hardworking and they work based on the feedback of users. They recently introduced "Yesterday Post" option after user's demand.

In simple words, I can say that actifit is an app with innovation, user-friendly app. I am proud to be an actifit user, moderator, and mentor. I want to thanks @rosatravels @beamentor @actifit @mcfarhat for starting the mentor program and giving the opportunity to help more people come in the platform. It always gives a great feeling when I help someone through good health and rewards. My all the mentees are just loving it and earning rewards along with good health. They are earning rewards directly from actifit but indirectly they are getting healthy which makes me feel good because I was able to help them to be part of it.
