Has Steemit Fully Decentralized? - My Proposal on how to make Steemit more interesting for Blogger Community

Components

Steemit policies that require its users (which in fact much of them are bloggers) to choose the look of blogs that already exist today, if possible should be immediately changed. What I'm talking about is about Steemit Front-end.

A blog should be in the form of Wordpress or a kind of Blogspot, where users can choose the design form (template and layout) as they're desired. Isn't that what could be said to be decentralized?

Decentralized to each users, to determine what is good and bad for themselves?

Proposal

What steemit should do is to provide the choice to its users, which generally represent two types; Social Media Buzzers and Bloggers.

For Social Media Buzzers, what is available now (feature) may still meet their expectations and needs. They can immediately write what represents their current feelings and then instantly post it to their @steemit timeline.

But will be different with Bloggers. This type of user needs something different. They need more complete "combat tools", as commonly a blog is built.

To that end, I suggest that two options should be made and then placed in the Steemit Landing Page, so the users according to the type I mentioned above can choose what they needs.

Mockups / Examples

Once the proposal implemented, then the display (user interface) of the Steemit Landing Page, more or less will become like this:

For the users who don't know how to design their own blog in advance, they can directly choose the "Join" button, so they will redirect to register and pick an account and when they are approved, then they can start blogging on Steemit as usual.

The second button (Create Blog) is only presented for the advance user who already have an active Steemit account and have much knowledge on blog design, such as WordPress or Blogger. By clicking the button, the will redirect to a special page where they can arrange and design a blog with a special look, by choosing a specific template, widget, and much more component; either provided directly by Steemit Inc. or can also integrate into a market, where the third party components (paid or free) are available.

Benefits

So what are the benefits will steemit, user and developer get and what kind of problems will be solved, once this proposal is implemented?

• Steemit. Inc : will gain more user, because it can answer the needs of users from various segments.

• User : The needs of certain users for a blog which is more varied and different from each other will be accommodated. Besides that their article visibilty will be better, because they can set each side of their blog in accordance with the category of post / content that they make, so, no matter how long the post was made, it will be easier to find it.

• Developer : The developers will begin to see steemit as a potential market for them to develop various plugins, templates or widgets to be sold or distributed for free here.
