[Translation] Part 2: Project Steem Whitepaper (Genesis) – Vietnamese - 750 words translated

The project details of part 2 are exactly the same as in my part 1. So I’d like to quote it:
Being the first social media platform powered by blockchain, Steemit has been attracting lots of users and currently, there are over 1 million accounts on Steemit. Steem whitepaper explains in great details how this platform works on the blockchain, how users are incentivized with cryptocurrency by creating original and great contents.
There are many my fellow Vietnamese on Steemit. We are young, dynamic and innovative. The number of Viet user is growing day by day. So translating the official whitepaper to my native language plays an important role in a right time, so that new users can look for original information easily.
As a newly approved Vietnamese translator for DaVinci witness project, I am proud to be part of this project. Also, this is my great chance to understand deeply about Steemit as well as Steem blockchain.
Contribution Specifications
- Translation Overview
In my this part of the translation, I did a completion of the Consensus Algorithm part (including Consensus in Steem, Mining in Steem). After the introduction of Consensus Algorithm, these small parts help us to understand how does it work on Steem blockchain, how important are witnesses regarding block production and what do they do in mining in Steem.
Also, I have translated The power of Steem, this part is about what are important factors, what makes Steem differentiate from other social media platform.
The project has 16 214 translatable words, and in my second part, there was a total of 776 words including 26 untranslatable words

As you can see there were roughly 1000 words translated, that's because it's included over 200 words in part 1 of the previous report then I started a little of part 2 in the same day.
