Hi everyone, here is this week’s update for the Steemgg x iCare Game Exhibition Fundraiser:

@honoru had sent me a schedule of last week’s workshop, which is pretty representative of what happens weekly at these workshops. Looks like they have a busy agenda to make sure the students get a lot of work done!

@honoru米高给了我一份他们上周工作室的流程表，让我们理解到他们与别不同工作室的日常运作。看那表里排得满满的，就知道学生们放了很多时间和精力，尽力把事情做好。

Last week’s workshop was a special one in that the students are going to “Hire” their parents for their studio! There are 5 positions to fill, which are: Data Entry Clerk, Project Management Assistant, Animation Assistant, Designer Assistant, and an Editor. All of these roles would provide assistance to the team during the development phase. But there are 7 parents participating! So the students would have to conduct interviews and decide which 5 they will be hiring.

上周的工作室有一样特别的事务，那就是要为团队招聘。在团队里有五个空缺，分别是中英文打字员，项目策划助理，动画师助理，设计师助理，和中英文编辑。而应聘的则是七位家长。

Of course, in a situation like this, they could have easily created 7 openings for all 7 parents. However, @honoru (Michael and Tiffany) wants the students to know that how to interview a candidate and assess a person is also a very important skill to learn, and hope that through this exercise they would learn skills that will help them to build their own team and network later in life. And it looked like they all had fun which is of course super important!

当然，在这种情况下，他们其实可以多开一个空位，让七位家长都可以参与。米高夫妇这样安排的目的是让学生们认识到面试和人事评估也是个非常重要的技能，希望学生们通过这次的活动学到的东西会在他们以后自己组团时发挥起作用。学生和家长们看上去也非常喜欢这次活动，可以说是十分成功！

One very important thing you can see here is of course the Steemgg and Fundition Logo on the main screen throughout the workshop! Thanks iCare for having that organised and help spread the word of Fundition and Steem in the greater community!

After working tireless for the last few weeks during these workshops, the Find Differences Game Dev Team have managed build a prototype called Chinese Idioms which can now be found in Goolge play (link here). In the game, the player can choose a category and then from a full board of Chinese characters find Chinese Idioms (which always contain 4 characters) under that category. For example, I have chosen the food category, and managed to find a few Chinese Idioms. There are quite a few that I don’t actually know so it is very educational. We look forward to seeing the final enhanced version on Steemgg soon!

与别不同工作坊的学生们在过去的几个礼拜十分努力地工作，终于完成了一个初成品，在Google Play上架了（连接在这里）。这是一个找成语游戏，玩家可以选择一个成语类别，然后在一页8×8六十四个汉字里找出和类别相关的成语。例如我选择了食物成语，然后就需要找到所有在字格里关于食物的成语。我有好几个成语都不认识呢，还真的十分寓教于乐的！非常期待他们的最终作品发布到我们平台！加油！
