My First Case - For Abusive and Illegal Flagging
My first case against illegal and unnecessary Flagging done by @demotruk , where I ask @skeptic to stay out from their post ( see link ). Is this necessary to Downvote another user up @bullionstackers ? With the balance of Steem Power I have, I stand no chance against this user @demotruk. This is what I mean by abuse and illegal.
@dantheman @ned , Like I said, there many users, out there are using unnecessary Trigger Happy Downvoting. Please Check. So if a User have such greater Power, does that mean another user have to bow at them?
Where is the Freedom of speech in Steemit; where there are so much unnecessary Censorship?

I downvoted you because I interpreted it as an ultimatum against the OP. A while afterwards, I removed the downvote after I mentioned it to someone and they told me that I had misinterpreted the comment.
Wouldn't it be best to let the OP report any threats on his own blog?
If you believe that's the case, you're welcome to make the argument. I don't think that fits with how Steem is designed. The flag button is not a 'report' system which goes to a central authority. Flagging or downvoting abuse is deliberately decentralized so that anyone can police what they perceive to be abuse according to their stake in the project. And anyone else can police the police, such as in the case where someone uses a downvote poorly or maliciously.

it is @beanz brother. he has been doing the same to me, hey started last night flagging people. he showed u in one of my posts trying to fight and after I finally told him to fuck off he started flagging my stuff. he must have seen you talk to me and stated flagging you like he has been doing to others. sorry they started attacking you. :/

It is abusive but not illegal. What you can do is to go on steemit.chat and go on #steem-abuse. There you can get some support. If someone abuse their power, they can lose their reputation score by having other mute and downvote thrm...which is literally devaluing their account.

None of the above, where I commented @bullionstackers were classified . So it is definitely an abuse used, Therefore is classified as illegal downvoting , also known as flagging. Thank you @smailer this make my case easier.
Downvotes can be used for any form of abuse. Your post seemed like an ultimatum to me, which would be abusive. After discussing it with someone else, I removed it.
I apologize for flagging without giving a reason. At the time I didn't think your post could be interpreted in any other way, so I thought the flag could go without saying.
Someone needs to do a report on the BlockChain of all the posts and comments these two flaggers have flagged.
