Complaining: It's Like Raining on Your Own Parade

I didn't realize just how irritated and agitated I've allowed myself to be in regards to complaining. The point was hiding in me in that I mostly have just been compensating for it by acting out...reacting...and essentially becoming a bitch onto myself and anyone else who happens to be in my company.

There's been a point of wanting to manipulate and control others within their complaints and complaining's. It's like I just wanted to shut them up or get them off this tangent and or get them away from me and their tangent. Not realizing that I've been holding onto an irritation and a discomfort in regards to complaining.

I've also noticed that within holding onto the "complainer character"....I've been keen to jump into the actions of complaining...like joining in the parade of complaint when and as someone is expressing there disgust....disdain....complaint and irritation. Me treating this as like, awe ya...let me get a piece of that action....let me get in on a moment of ranting and raving.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to justify complaining.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not realize the complainer within me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for creating walls as forms of self-denial...to actually in fact be honest about my complaints and my complaining and be sure to bring that back to me here. I realize where there's a reaction in another that gets to me in any way,... it always reveals a part of me I am not standing equal and one with.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to deceive myself by hiding from myself within being the complainer character.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to justify the emotion of irritation in reacting into a tirade as my own emotional parade and storm blow out....becoming my own tyrant caught in my own temper tantrum.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for suppressing my temper and for believing that I am not suppressing my temper in reacting and having a blow out. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to justify temper tantrums. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to resist seeing the shame within justifying a blow out temper tantrum.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to shit on people with my words within speaking from the starting point of reacting and going into a temper tantrum within myself.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding the suppressed vulnerability within complaining.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to suppress compassion within existing as the complainer character.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to suppress my shame in being a complainer.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to justify complaining.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding my irritation within complaining.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for judging complaining.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for creating morality around complaining and complaints.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself within complaining.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge others in having complaints and concerns.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding the pattern within going into complaining - where it's the result of a build up of suppressed moments within myself...that I haven't been honest about....and so there's an unsettlement about that....it's painful to exist within self-judging....even depressing....and the coping and compensating is complaining...which is closely related and often leads into a form of blame inside that complaint....and it's for me been mostly really lame.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to create pain in my body by harboring self-judgements.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not realize and understand just how depressingly debilitating self-judgement is.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be lame within not taking responsibility for my reactions... I realize lame is a cool indicator to check yourself before you wreck yourself. I realize it takes a letting go to laugh at my own ridiculousness when I catch myself in the midst of a miss take. I realize laughter is synonymous with forgiveness. It's really quite fun and funny. It's a sensitive spot for sure.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to gloss over moments of minor irritation and agitation within myself. I realize by being receptive/open with myself to see and simply let go is all I need to do. I realize letting go in the moment with forgiveness is like a simple flick....it's like just flick it....like ah yes I see that...ah...delete...forgiven...done.

When and as I see myself starting to complain - I stop, I breathe - I call myself out on being lame - I source the point I am attempting to hide from - I smile/laugh as I realize my miss take. I share my change/realization in the moment. I realize the simplicity in letting go and dropping things before they become an overblown big deal as like this pent up bullshit that's been festering.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be inconsiderate of others in my world within feeling the need to bitch and moan by complaining about something that unexpectedly triggers me. I realize this reveals to me a point of discomfort I am hiding from and the reaction trigger is a key to going deeper with the shit I've been hiding/suppressing.

I realize that abdicating responsibility for my discomforts is to perpetuate the existence of myself within a sort of painful agony...which plays out as me being a reactive, whiney little bitch.

I commit myself to stop allowing myself to be a reactive, whiney little bitch.

I commit myself to allowing myself to have a sense of humor about the not so comfortable self-reflections...and fine tuning adjustments I make - like for example recognizing and realizing the "reactive, whiney little bitch" within reacting out the complainer character.

I realize it's not to judge the 'reactive, whiney little bitch' that I've accepted and allowed to exist within myself. No - the reactive, whiney little bitch within me needs to be settled...put to bed....rested and retired....as this is a part of me that I've hidden from and have been quite reluctant to care for.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to be inconsiderate of myself within feeling the need to bitch and moan about something.

I realize complaining can be turned into a structured support for myself where I allow myself to be more open to complaints...where complaints and complaining becomes a tool and indicator to see where I am at within myself. Complaining being a window into the issues...the roots that are holding a sort of block in best living.

I realize how people can be sound boards of support for each other in creating the safe space to let it all out without judgement.

I realize how sometimes just hearing yourself say something that is shameful is enough to see the point and make the adjustment within yourself. I realize I am able to support others with shame as I support myself with shame. I realize shame as a tool of support is such a gentle thing, it's so not harsh or rough at all...it's the exact opposite of that - real shame is loaded with compassion, consideration, gentleness and tenderness. I realize within these points that there can be the experience of a moment as harshness and insensitivity....because it's like reacting to the sensitivity with insensitivity...and that sometimes things just suck and denying/suppressing the suck is not the way to go.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to react to my complaining with more complaining.
I realize and understand how I can use complaining within writing as a tool to go deeper within me....where it's like I first just simply rant and rave - this is how I get all the shit out....see all the bullshit. From here it's like "Ok, here's all the bits and pieces that are like the ugly shit I've been harboring. Now I can settle these debts...by forgiving and forgetting...no longer burdened or bothered by these outstanding claims against myself/life.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing and understanding how exhausting it is to be a complainer.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for not realizing the complaining character within me as like perpetuating and stimulating this war games character within me who is always fighting within offenses and defenses.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to justify complaining as a way to blow of steem. I realize that this can be a constructive outlet when I allow myself to learn from my complaints. I realize allowing myself to learn and grow from all my little moments and movements is totally worth it.

I realize "complaining" and "complaints" doesn't have to be a burden and a bother and like this emotional trauma.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to react to complaining and complaints as like this burden and bother that is so uncomfortable to me like I just want to stop it.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for never really considering the emotional trauma I've done onto myself as consequence of acting out the energies of my temper tantrums within going into a fit about something...being triggered and acting out a whole monologue of complaint as my ranting and raving.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to take offense and defense to my own complaints.
I forgive myself fro accepting and allowing myself to juge myself for having complaints.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to have a bad relationship with "complaining" and "complaints" where it's been a point of suppression and reaction. Something mostly I've just denied and avoided to see. I realize it's not about demeaning or glorifying "complaining" and "complaints". It's simply a word to describe actions. It's a tool of support in it's simplest form.

I commit myself to use complaints as a tool of support in my living in the following ways:

  • Allowing myself to be receptive to the complaints and complaining of others. In being receptive I am able to give support that's free from emotional bias and can simply give without restraint.

  • Complaints become a point of criticism and self-correction - where it's an opportunity to get feedback from others as a way to challenge my best development and maturity. I realize there's no need to take complaints personally within reacting to it and getting all bothered.

  • I realize complaints and complaining is a way to actually see the deeper issue...the roots of the issue. I realize sometimes things are more hidden than others.

  • Complaining can become a real icebreaker into going deeper into a conversation and self-reflection. I realize that going deep in communications is a matter of relating and that by being sensitive and taking care of my insensitivities, I am able to work and play with others rather effectively...and supporting the same development and maturity.

  • From Complaining and being burdened with bother.....to life mapping real change - learning from my complaints, burdens and bother....and crafting solutions. Realizing that it's in the complaints, burdens and bothers that assist and support me to create my best living accommodations.

  • The complaints....burdens....bothers....issues...problems....are so important in creating our best development and maturity. It's to identify all the shit....all the cracks in the foundation....all the little bits of shit. In doing this, it's like your shit becomes way more fertile because it's all being regarded and cared for - so your shit becomes quite useful in structuring the best possible development....because all the little bits of shit is how life works. Holy Shit.
