That is an awesome way of thinking what Ulogs can be for people.
It is a way for brother Terry to breakdown the idea that Steemit is just a way for us to show the awesome adventures, the beautiful places of travel blogs, of vlogs about amazing stuff which in a way we are limiting what is being shown.
Ulogs are part of the teardrops project which aims to reward tears of sadness as well of years of joy. So if we only show what is good in our life then it is incomplete.
Ulogs is attempting to break that by showing our everyday life, struggles and joys. It is empowering people to create fresh content of how they truly live and document their life as it unfolds.
What could be ordinary to you would be something awesome and new to someone halfway around the world. It is a way for us to see the culture, life and dreams of a person from another place.
It will show us how different our lives are but in the same time show us how similiar we all are in trying to make sense of our life and pursuing our dreams.
So in this way ulogs is a way for us to show our true fans our dreams and our life so that they can celebrate it with us and see us for the celebrity we are.
We matter. We are of value.

Sounds like a really worthwhile thing to do. Love the Concept and seeing the extraordinary in what some would think is ordinary . And you're right just seeing the corner where someone else lives would be interesting. I never looked at it the way. But it is true. Or seeing your backyard. pool etc..etc..
When I get back next month from vacation I will have to do it .
Btw, I'll be gone for a Month on Vacation in a couple of days
so just letting my good Steemian friends know that my regular Commenting/Curating on their blogs that I follow mightl be limited.

Good video and explanation. Showing the mundane existence of our every day lives, can be of interest to others... and in a way show off your humanity. ;-) As much as we would like to be a super hero at times, life will swat ya on the ass and say see... told ya! Hahahaha :-D
And I might as well share with the rest of you... because we all are just regular people at the end of the day.

I understand more about ulog now @snook but sad that my ulogs dont earn attention so it discourage me to do it regularly but i will take more pictures now and write more about my culture and environment.
Don't be discouraged and just keep Steeming and making connections and deep human relationships with people.
Just like Snook said treat it as a gift and be thankful rather than be expecting of big upvotes.

I write about stuff that means something to me. When I started steemit.com, and for a very long time, I made 3 cents per post. I loved writing and sharing with new people, I met through comments, my thoughts, and dreams.
