Its because its summer in the UAE, that means consuming variety of fruits. Today, Team Dimmick craved for tropical fruits. Oh how refreshing and hydrating they are!

"Some Fruits a day keep the doctor away" or "Fruits a day keeps aging at bay".

Fruits has lots of health benefits in our body, its a good way of rehydrating ourselves. It makes our body feels good and healthy.

We do love Watermelon, we consume it a lot and very easy to pair with salad. Robbie, my son loves them!

Later, we will be having very sweet Mangoes (from Pakistan produce), it will serve as our dessert after lunch. Delicious! To be honest, this humble mangoes are my superhero, why, because they satisfy my craving for sweet stuff. (I am having a gestational diabetes, so i have to keep my sweet tooth in control : )

Are you familiar with Rambutan? This delicious, very sweet and juicy tropical fruit is native to southeast asia. Its a close family to lychee and longan. This soft spiky Rambutan has specifically benefits in controlling sugar and blood pressure.

And its because its really warm and humid today (43 degrees celcius temperature). Were only going to lounge and have our fruits galore in the house. No going outdoors today, Hmmmn, probably later tonight, might go for a little walk when it cools down a bit. Yes, were always waiting at night to go out, as it is hard to be outdoors with the current temperature.

We are soo lucky that nature sustains our needs. Thank you so much to our dear farmers, Our heroes who always make sure we have healthy stuff in our table.

Lots of fruits and vegetables, and a proper balanced diet will keep ourselves and our family in optimum health.

Keep yourself hydrated. Health is wealth!

Thank you. Wishing everyone a Gorgeous Sunday!

I’m so jealous of all that awesome tropical fruit. No way I could grow all these here in Begium (excepy for the watermelon).

If only i can send you some right now : D
I never know you can grow a watermelon in acold country. Thanks for that info.
Thanks for visiting. Blessings!

Last year we were able to grow two very, very small ones which were gone after 2 bites, but this year, the temperatures are extremely high, so there's one that's almost of normal size... Can't wait for it to eat it :-)

Rambutans are on my list of fruits I definitely want to taste one day - they look really awesome.

This year, I have a very small cherimoya tree growing. You can't find the fruits here, and from what I read it is so extremely delicious. The chance it will grow - let alone produce fruit - here is pretty small, but I'm so curious I decided to at least try to grow it :0)

I also eat fruits everyday. It became my habit and I love it. I have already tried rambutan but it's quite difficult to get it here.

It seems to be very hot there!! Stay inside and hydrate yourself 😊 Good idea to go for a walk in the evening!

I never heard about rambutan before! It looks like something from another planet hahaha! Now I want to try it.

Thanks for sharing!

Haha. I wish you could try it now. Its sweet and juicy. An exotic fruit from southeast asia like Philippines.

(Don't worry its a nutritiously weird harmless looking fruit in the earth : D
