Tarot of the Week 15 (Question and Answer Spread)
Question and Answer Spread
Since Mr. Dreamtree did not do his "weekly" Tarot spread last Saturday for Tarot Tuesday, he decided to go with a 7 Card Question and Answer Spread. This is in light that his books arrived and he is no longer required to wait at his mom's and can now travel freely again.
The Question asked was, "What will happen if I put up a Rideshare Ad for a ride into Portland?"
Card 1-The Past-Inverted Devil Card-This card simply means in the past, putting up a rideshare ad forced Larry to overcome his fear of "sitting near the Devil", as it were. Past rideshare ads bring out some weirdos and stalkers who seem to hide behind a web of deception. Perhaps he fears this will happen again?
Card 2-The Present-The Moon- The moon card is all about overcoming the fear of the mysterious unknown. At the present time, Larry is a tad afraid of not only putting up the rideshare ad but, going to Portland as a whole, since his last time there resulted in exile due to a manipulative woman who ruined his life and circle of friends. He just needs to understand there is nothing to fear but fear itself.
Card 3-Hidden Influence-Inverted 6 of Wands-What Larry needs to keep into consideration, that one of the reasons he is choosing this path is due to some sort of success that he either isn't proud of for whatever reason and would like to keep that success hidden. This is probably referring to his art being featured in a book without him getting any real accolades from it.
Card 4-How Others See Him-Inverted Wheel of Fortune-What this card is saying, is they see Larry as having simple bad luck with rideshare ads. Perhaps they would prefer to see him take a different route? Interesting...
Card 5-Best Path To Take-8 of Wands-This is saying he needs to allow his actions to manifest things quickly, so that success is achieved, even if it would seem things are overbearing, or getting out of hand.
Card 6-Obstacle-9 of Swords-Something that is preventing Larry from going through with his wants is despairing thoughts, which is associated with the 9 of Swords. This card is actually quite common for Larry, he has lived a really hard life full of despair. He often attacks his self with his own thoughts. I can see that being a gnarly obstacle considering past incidents with rideshare ads.
Card 7-Outcome-Inverted King of Wands-Woah, there are a lot of wands going on around here. This card doesn't mean he will or will not be successful, instead it means whatever happens, it could change Larry's actions for the worse? This card reflects a personality type that is like a father figure who will spank you if you do anything that is unorthodox in his mind. He wants things in order, even if it causes him to take action against others. Again, not an uncommon card for muh dude. He can be overbearing at times. Well, good luck to you, Larry. I will help you out anyway I can. Maybe we should stick out a thumb instead?
