Dustin Poirier calls for rematch with Eddie Alvarez

Earlier this past May former UFC featherweight Dustin Poirier continued his ascension up the lightweight ranks when he took on ex-UFC lightweight champ Eddie Alvarez.

Alvarez and Poirier put on an epic contest at UFC 211 in Dallas but the finish of the bout left mixed martial arts (MMA) fans very disappointed. Alvarez began delivering knees to the head of Poirier as he was a downed opponent Let us know your thoughts on the matter in the comments section.
