Козаки зрозуміли в черговий раз, що покращення таки покращення (частина п’ята: висновки).  

Прийшли чи приїхали, забрали, поміняли. Задумались із перевізником чому  так, що замість того, щоб допомагати людям, за що воно одне і з іншим  гроші отримує, воно робить «послугу» тільки тим, що виділяє нам час. Бо в  них зарплата мала, умови не такі тощо. А що ви зробили, щоб їх змінити?  Пишеш заяву на звільнення і до побачення. Тоді б задумались, хто вище,  про зміни, справжні зміни. Але, якщо низам до вподоби, то верхам до ...  одного місця. Просто треба записувати імена, прізвища, домашні адреси  наших «героїв». Розумні і працьовиті ми з вами завжди знайдемо вихід із  положення, а цим – у Мозамбік. Нічого особистого проти Мозамбіка.  

Якщо хто хоче коротко, то все в одному реченні (дійсно в одному):  

Митний брокер, перевізник, гроші, гроші і про всяк випадок ще трохи  грошей, вибір авто на місці і координування за допомогою засобів зв’язку  із перевізником, правильне ним оформлення всіх документів закордоном  (чим менш правильніше, тим більше доведеться «доплачувати»), перегін до  кордону (а за цей час ви вже проплатили ПДГшку за відсканованими  перевізником документами у союзі із митним брокером), зустріч на кордоні  завжди готових взяти хабар митників із нашого боку, їхнє (митників)  свавіллячко, і дорога далі до митниці, де вже будете безпосередньо  розмитнювати чи по дорозі перевізник може передати вам, але краще разом  із ним на митниці все оформлювати: оцінка сертифікованим спеціалістом  вартості вашого нового залізного коня чи конячки, всілякі там документи,  проплати, доплати, оформляється за день (допомагає брокер-чарівник, а  ви тільки оригінали, копії всіх необхідних документів надаєте), якщо  складуться зірки і митник отримає «премію» за важку працю на благо своєї  кишені, завізши автівку на митний контроль, ніхто не знає навіщо, але  за стоянку там треба сплатити гроші, а може для цього і треба, потім  запитуєте диво-брокера що далі і він каже що МРЕВ, далі МРЕВ, але не  одразу, бо треба отримати свідоцтво про те, що ваше авто таки Євро 5, і  навіть, якщо це все вказано в документах (офіційних), сказано отримати -  значить отримати, там черга холера його знає коли мала би була зайнята,  але ви ж маєте собі за порадника брокера і він знає свою справу –  дзвонить на ту перевірку щодо Євро 5 і «вуаля» – ви перший в черзі,  перевірили там, сказали якусь кількість днів зачекати, бо десь тут в  Києвах оте оформляють, зачекали – отримали, і в МРЕВ: зранку і чим  раніше, тим краще, бо процедура та страшна і незрозуміла, але  безкоштовна на диво (мається на увазі нікому, окрім як офіційно, платити  не треба), одні дивляться на двигун та записи собі на паперах ведуть,  інші з різних віконець беруть у вас то одні документи, то інші (ви ж при  собі маєте все що треба - весь пакет документів який вам сказав брати  брокер та сертифікат Євро 5), а потім побігавши між віконцями. в  останньому вам, швирнувши ваш паспорт кажуть, щоб приходили через  скількись там годин і забирали техпаспорт та номери, ну ви і приходите  згідно назначеного часу – і все.  

Ні, не все – поміняти ж  ще треба старі транзитні номери на нові, от тепер і все. Щасливої  дороги по вбитим дорогам, заправившись підробленим бензином, у сусідстві  із «машина купив, права купив, водити – не купив…».
