You are told the final cost. You pay the difference between what you paid for the PDG and the final count. And maybe you will return the difference - it depends on the valuation of the car and the exchange rate on the day of payment. Minus one problem.

Next to the parking lot of customs control. There is also something to fill. Then, and everything seemed to be OK, the customs officer says that something is wrong and he will not issue, because there is no confirmation that the carrier did not do this before, and according to the law, you can "drive" cars under preferential rules only once a year and before The same applies to both the owner of the car and the carrier. A type of certificate is not a criminal record - you are not convicted, but proof. The carrier did not wait for this, as if the broker previously told and clarified everything. He says that he did not do this under a preferential law. And the customs officer in reply says that he will be forced to request all (!) Customs, or did not clear the car on the carrier, or he has not already transported someone to such a law. So there is a whole base in them - they ask that you are ... a bad person you want. And it turns out that your car will stand in the parking lot of customs control, and this is a daily fee for parking, until then, until it is established that the carrier is really the first time doing so. Plus your time and some other possible nuances. Now you are asking the broker that the situation is bad and I would like to know what exactly it is all about. The broker explains in reply that he had agreed with another inspector, a troublemaker in the sense of a customs officer, but he was somewhere ... In short, everyone understood what ended - the death of the customs officer, that is, no, it ended in a different way, for what is ashamed ... The supreme dissenting customs officer invited to the cabinet to answer some questions and said to come out and that they would already talk to the broker if anything. Well, then everyone understood. It was possible to wait and call the bodies and situations in life different and sometimes there are more important things waiting for the decision. It is clear that the refusal, but the name of the customs officer is. And his car numbers are. And good people suggested a home address ...

Козаки замахались, але нарешті почався завершальний етап (частина третя: диво-брокер в дії).  

Ви на митниці. Даєте оригінали документів. Все починає оформлюватись.  Машину подивився оцінщик, склав свій висновок. Від його оцінки буде  залежати кінцева вартість суми зборів та податків. Від вартості авто,  оціненого ним, буде вже вираховуватись ПДВ. Платите за оцінку. Вам  кажуть кінцеву вартість. Ви проплачуєте різницю між тим, що ви заплатили  для оформлення ПДГ і кінцевим підрахунком. А, можливо, вам повернуть  різницю – це залежить від оцінки вартості авто та курсу валют на день  проплати. Мінус одна проблема. 

Далі на стоянку митного контролю.  Там також щось заповнюють. Потім, а здавалось все гаразд, митник каже,  що щось не так і він не буде оформлювати, бо немає підтвердження, що  перевізник до цього такого не робив, а по закону можна «приганяти» авто  за пільговими правилами тільки раз на рік і до того ж це стосується як  власника авто, так і перевізника. Типу довідка про не судимість – ти не  судимий, але доведи. Перевізник такого не чекав, бо ніби ж і брокер  попередньо все розповідав та проясняв. Каже, що за пільговим законом  такого не робив. А митник у відповідь каже, що буде вимушений дати запит  на всі (!) митниці чи не розмитнювалось авто на перевізника, чи він не  перевозив вже комусь за таким законом. Так є ж в них вся база –  питається що ти ... погана людина хочеш. А виявляється, що авто ваше  стоятиме на стоянці митного контролю, а це кожен день плата за стоянку,  аж до того часу поки не буде встановлено, що перевізник дійсно перший  раз таке робить. Плюс ваш час та ще якісь можливі «нюанси». Тепер вже ви  питаєте в брокера про те, що ситуація виходить погана і хотілось би  знати чого саме так воно все складається. Брокер у відповідь пояснює, що  домовлявся з іншим інспектор-мутником себто митником, але він десь  подівся... Коротше всі зрозуміли чим закінчилось - смертю митника, тобто  ні, закінчилось по-іншому, за що соромно... Зверхній відразний митник  запросив до кабінету для відповіді на якісь питання і сказав вийти та що  вже спілкуватиметься із брокером «якщо що». Ну а далі всі зрозуміли.  Можна було і чекати і дзвонити в органи та ситуації в житті різні  бувають і інколи є важливіші справи, що чекають на вирішення. Зрозуміло,  що відмовка, але ПІБ митника є. І номери його автівки є. І добрі люди  підказали домашню адресу...
