Well, and goes further, there are no problems anywhere, all of a sudden our border. "Pleasant" peaks of customs officers. You give them: "I'm driving an authorized car under the power of attorney. I will not smile at you ... "And here they are in desperation and with anxiety and zeal:" And the PDG you have been issued ?! " And you are: "Yes, of course". So, "money goes by" is seen in their eyes. They start to check if they are really decorated. It turns out that it is decorated. Looking  at the car, they find something up there, all of a sudden: "And you  have an incorrectly executed PDG, and specifically one of the items." The carrier is in shock, because he is still the same, but at the border to lose time do not want at all. Calling you and now you're shocked. Call the broker and he's in shock now. Well, the broker says that for further customs clearance it's just his "customs" should be so. That you tell the carrier what you get in response "And? ..". Call the customs officer at the border, you know that he wants something. The carrier also understands and suits what exactly they want. They  say they do not want anything, because it's a bribe, and they are not,  and in general, they now check the SBU, so that the car on the parking  lot of the customs, and the carrier - in the mote-hotel. Having  twisted on the spot for some time, the carrier is again approaching the  customs officers to ask what's next, and they are: "Driving  directions". He  is back in shock and asks why he did not miss him right away, and they  replied that this point in the PDG can be and so, and so make it. Interpretation so to speak to them. Well, having spent nerves coming from that customs, he calls to tell that everything is alright. And you are comforted to arrange a place to meet with him in order to continue to go to the Customs customs clearance ...

...Продовжуємо. Козаки все ж таки гнали (частина друга: незвичайна подорож або туди і назад).   

Приїздить перевізник на попередньо вибране місце розташування для   подальших пошуків авто і вже з цього базового місця рушатиме раз за   разом на пошуки. І рушає і висилає фото кандидатів або посилання в   Інтернеті на сайт із продажу авто, де це авто відображене. А ви  читаєте,  обираєте. То перевізник каже, що авто гівнисте, то ви кажете,  що не те.  І шукаєте. І знаходите. Один нюанс: чим більше перевізник  шукає, тим  більше вам компенсовувати, адже порожнім не вертати ж його.   

Починається оформлення документів. І так, в Європі авто – це засіб   пересування, простий товар, раз-два і оформили: і купівлю-продаж, і   документи в їхніх МРЕВах. Ще раз нагадуєте перевізнику що саме і де має   бути вписано, щоб розмитнити за пільговим тарифом. Він уважно все   виконує, оформлює (і страховку також). Сканує чи фотографує всі   оригінали документів та надсилає вам. Ви топаєте до брокера, надаєте   йому документи, він все вбиває в потрібні бази заразом консультуючись  із  тамтешніми митниками і видає вам нарешті номер заповітної ПДГшки.  Тим  часом перевізник висипається і рушає до вас. Ви йому надсилаєте ПДГ   номер і чекаєте новин.  

Їде, їде... До речі хто не знає, то треба  додатково платити за  пересування дорогами європейських країн, до того ж  кожної окремо, а це  додаткові витрати. Ну і їде далі, проблем ніде  немає, аж раптом наш  кордон. «Приємні» пики митників. Ти їм: «Везу  придбане авто за  довіреністю. Розмитнювати буду не у вас...» І тут вони у  розпачі і з  єхидністю та призрілістю: «А ПДГ у вас оформлене?!». А ти  такий: «Так,  звичайно». Отакої, «гроші проходять повз» вбачається в  їхніх очах. Вони  починають перевіряти чи дійсно оформлено. Виявляється,  що оформлено.  Дивляться авто, до чогось там придираються, аж раптом: «А у  вас  неправильно оформлено ПДГ, а конкретно один із пунктів». Перевізник  у  шоці, бо йому-то все одно, але на кордоні втрачати час не хочеться   зовсім. Дзвонить вам і тепер у шоці ви. Дзвоните брокеру і тепер у шоці   він. Ну брокер каже, що для подальшого митного оформлення саме на  «його»  митниці має бути так. Це ви переказуєте перевізнику на що  отримуєте у  відповідь «І?..». Дзвоните митнику на кордоні, розумієте,  що він хоче  чогось. Перевізник також це розуміє і підходить чого саме ж  ті хочуть.  Вони кажуть, що нічого не хочуть, бо це ж хабар, а вони не  такі і,  взагалі, їх зараз СБУ перевіряє, так що автівку на стоянку  митного  контролю, а перевізнику – в мотеле-готель. Покрутившись на  місці якийсь  час перевізник знову підходить до митників запитати що ж  далі, а вони  такі: «Проїзди». Він знову в шоці і запитує чому одразу не  пропустили, а  вони відповідають, що той пункт в ПДГ можна і так, і так  оформлювати.  Трактування так би мовити, щоб їх. Ну витративши нервів  рушає із тієї  митниці, дзвонить повідомити що все гаразд. І ви  заспокоєні домовляєтесь  де з ним зустрітись, щоб далі рушити на митницю  безпосереднього  розмитнення...
