Let me take you to my cozy accommodation from my recent trip in Manila.

Before I depart for my travel, first things first, I made sure to book my accommodation two or one week before the travel date. This one was done 10 days ahead of time to make sure that I can get the best deal, coz when you do it earlier there are plenty of available accommodations that you can choose from that will fit for your standards. For me, I will always look for the good location or near from the places on my itinerary; and the value for money or the cheap ones but decent enough to slumber.

By the way, my favorite booking App is Airbnb, its easy, fast and reliable. The listings are what you see is what you get kind of thing, the hosts are so accommodating and friendly too.

This time I am traveling with my daughter and I am going to take her at “Dessert Museum” (which I will be sharing it to you as well in my separate blog 😊) so, I decided to have our Condotel few blocks away from that place.

We are going to stay at Sea Residences, Building F , along Pea Road Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City Philippines. Approximately, 1.3 kilometers away or 5 minutes travel to the museum.

This is our first time in this building, the lobby is quite big, modern and fancy.

Our unit was located at the 4th floor, a one bedroom condotel.

When I opened the door, I was like... Whoa! 😮 The room smells so good and in just the first look, I can see that it is aesthetically designed with personal touch of the host/owner who greeted us in lobby and personally took us to this elegant unit.

As you enter the door, on the right side you will see another door that will take you directly to the bathroom. As expected, it was sparkling clean with complete free toiletries, and every thing are meticulously arranged.

On the left is the kitchen counter with fully equipped kitchen issentials and some are stored in the cabinets like plates, glasses, etc.

Accross the dining table is the cozy sofa, perfect for watching Netflix.

And the bedroom... 🤗🤗
It has a double size bed with comfy pillows and comforter. A big closet for our luggage and storage for the extra pillows, blankets and bedsheets. A study table/dressing table.

Of course, the balcony adjacent to the bedroom with mini garden overlooking the greens and buildings.

And my favorite part of the house... the living area which can be converted into another bed. 😍🤗
Another thing I really like the place was the homey feels, oh I love the color combination and every thing inside was picked with taste and elegance.

A place where I can chill while watching TV with the complementary drinks - 2 bottles of Smirnoff Mule chilled inside the fridge plus a basket of chocolates, biscuits and chips above the table, all for FREE! So, what can you as for? 😂

The unit was big enough for the two of us, it can actually accommodate 4 persons for the same price. And guest what how much it costs? It is only 5,500.00 Pesos or 110 USD for two nights and 3 days, unbelievable right? Haha!
Or perhaps I am lucky enough coz’ the host let me stay a little longer from the usual 12noon check until 2:00 PM without additional charge.
Thats the perks of booking ahead of time! 🤗😍
