Memoirs of climbed Kabaragala Mountains with beautiful landscapes...

in #travelfeed4 years ago

Hello everyone, Today I posted another beautiful mountain range where I climbed within last 6 months. It's mountain of Kabaragala. Kabaragala is the highest mountain in Dolosbage's mountain range. Kabaragala is not a great height. The height is like 1500 meters. However, Kabaragala is pleasing to the eye because of the surrounding hills and beautiful landscapes.

At the beginning of the trek to the Kabaragala mountain we saw a beautiful paddy field. Once the full-grown stalks are grown, they provide a spectacular view. Also banana plantation seemed behind the paddy field. The farmers grow some plantations if they want.

The hill is close to the town of Nawalapitiya in the Kandy district. You can go to the mountain from Ginigathhena road in Nawalapitiya and Dolosbage road in Nawalapitiya.

Below the mountain is almost a pine forest. There are also tea estates and paddy fields. The Kabaragala mountain, which is sometimes covered with fog, is a beautiful sight to behold.

Between Nawalapitiya and Dolosbagaya, the Kabaragala is a rocky mountain with a slope of about 45 degrees on one side and a straight incline on the other. The easiest way to climb this mountain is through the Paragala Estate. It was because of the carriage road and the small streams on the road that you came to Balumgala.

In one of these events, I can cross the gallop of the Balumgala Galpoththa by a shortcut and reach the Fines section. On this return journey you can take the short walk instead of following the normal foot path to the main road through the estate through Balumgala.

Such a tremendous view seemed where I stayed for captured above click. Before we crossed the mountain, we talked with the villagers who plowed tea and plowed into small farms. I haven't had any trouble talking to them. They taught me a lot about the area. They were very helpful in the preparation of this article. They also showed signs of mountain climbing.

Gampola Ulapane is visible on this side of the mountain. Ambuluwawa Kotmale Dagoba can be seen well. Once the pines have passed, a short manure passage approaches the hill, and although its rocky outcrop is still present, it can still be blown away by the prevailing wind and rain.

If climbing the mountain, the leeches will have to be hit hard, and a 6-foot mana jungle will have to be swept away. The villagers also said that it was not easy to face the cold of dawn. Since we were leaving in the daytime, the cold was less. If the flame is burning, be careful because the breeze and the surrounding ground are bunches of mana. Even with such difficulties, the view of the top of the mountain will overwhelm them all.

Even with the completion of the carriage road, the springs are running out. To the top of the hill are the Kotmale Reservoir, Nawalapitiya Ginigathhena area, and Raksakagala is situated to the south.

Tea plants can be seen until the end of the carriageway to the pines section, and the top section has been abandoned. If you are careful, you will find a wide variety of fruits on either side of the cart road. We found that yellow and ginger shrubs sometimes grow in the thick forest. It should be noted that the area is not contaminated with any kind of solid waste. It can be assumed that there is still plenty of land in Sri Lanka which is a rich, earthly paradise. Thanks for reading.

The photos of the green paddy field with the hill in the background and cloudy sky in the first photo is very beautiful.

The pine forest is wonderful. The huge tree is amazing.

The mountains scenery is picturesque. It looks like a very nice atmosphere with clean and refreshing air. You were lucky to experience it by yourself.

I absolutely agree with you, Sri Lanka is a rich, earthy paradise indeed.

I love hiking, too. Unfortunately, I didn't have any chance to do so.

Thanks so much for sharing. ;)
