Hi everyone @livinguktaiwan here today. How's everyone enjoying the trillions that have cropped up in your Steem wallet today? Joking aside, the Steem price has dropped recenty and we're seeing less travel posts on Steemit. This is a great time to post when nobody else is. If you have a great travel post that has at least a few good photos and and is written in English with at least a two or three hundred words, remember to pin it on the @steemitworldmap so we can curate it. #1 Cycling to old town Sozopol - Bulgaria

Our first featured post today is from @vesytz, she went cyclying at Sozopol, it's one of the oldest towns in Bulgaria by the Thrace's Black Sea coast. She starts of cyclying across the Copper Ridge zooming towards the shore till she reaches the Ancient Gate of Sozopol. Here she stops to explore the ruins of the old city in the ancient fortress. There's the remaints of the old church as well as excavations of one of the old streets. Next going through Sozopol town, she passes by the unique local houses and the many churches and chapels. Finally after a bit of a rest, she heads back to Burgas.

#2 6 ancient sites to see in Greece

@haydae takes us on a tour of Greece and recommends 6 ancient sites for us to visit. First is Delphi and the pillars from the Temple of Athena Pronaia that stands on the slopes of Mount Parnassus. This is where our very own @choogirl and @martibis did a mini @steemiworldmap meetup earlier this year. The others includes the famous Acropolis, Corinth, the Temple of Poseidon on Cape Sounion, the ancient theatre of Epidaurus and finally the ancient citadel and royal ruins at Mycenae.

#3 Urban Exploration: Extwistle Hall

After a failed attempt to visit a ruined manor in UK a couple of weeks ago where he was interupted by a nosey farmer, @slobberchops returns again. This time he parks a short distance away and walks towards this 400 year old relic. This three storey building looks quite grand from one side where the wall is still standing, yet on the other side it's quite a different story. The years haven't been kind to it and both upper floors have collapsed. Next to the manor is a massive barn which he rekcons would make a fine house in its own right. Apparently this grade 2 listed building is on the market. If you have half a million £ spare, you never know, if might turn out to be a good investment!
