#1 The Garden For The Love Drunk: National Palace of Queluz - Portugal
@for91days takes us to the Palace of Queluz in Portugal. The country holds a lot of palaces, but this one was one of @for91days and taking a closer look, it's easy to see why. Built in 1747 into a magnificent summer residence for the royal court at the time, and surprisingly having survived throughout a multitude of possible destructive events, it's an amazing representation of 17th and 18th century fashion. Definitely come early in the morning here, as this palace can get packed! After wandering the indoor areas, it is time to explore the gardens which are at the very least equally incredible. From the Equestrian Library you can look out over the Hanging Gardens, with their maze-like shrubs, fountains and classical sculptures. If that's not quite your thing, there is still an overgrown forest and the vegetable and botanical gardens to enjoy!

@liquidtravel takes us to Ingapirca in Ecuador. Whilst of the beaten path, it is the largest and best preserved archaeological Inca site in Ecuador. The Incas' most important god was Inti, the sun god, so it is no surprise to find a temple dedicated to him. The Temple was constructed without mortar, with the stones being carefully chiseled and fashioned to fit perfectly. The first thing you'll notice when entering the site is a large stone with many smaller stones before it. It is thought to be the grave of a chieftain. And that is far from all Incapirca has to offer, from the Banos Del Inca - were worshipers could purify themselves, to the House for Women - where the women working for the royal family lived.

@marymik23 takes us to the Flying Monasteries in Greece. These monasteries can be found in the Saints Meteora area. Twenty-five million years ago, the area was a huge lake, and over time earthquakes, rains and winds made it to the incredible natural phenomenon it is now. In the 11th century monastic hermits began to settle in natural caves here, to later on build monasteries. Out of the 40 that were once built only 6 survived. For a small entrance fee of 3 euros each monastery, you're free to explore inside. The biggest one of the monasteries holds a museum on Greece's history as well, which is well worth checking out!
