SeanyTravels (Finland) #15 Angry Birds Park Rovaniemi! Am I actually allowed here?
Hi Steemit!
I am pretty sure everyone has heard of Angry Birds by now! It was a popular game in the recent few years, and it's actually created by a Finnish Company.
But what you might not have known, there is actually an Angry Birds Park, a Playground in Rovaniemi! I checked my map and it was actually located just a few streets away from my apartment, so we went to check out the action there.

I haven't really played the game too much, probably just one or two levels on an old ipad many years back, but I sort of get the idea of the game, and how it would be fun to many people. I do recall that there is also an indoor Angry Birds Park in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, so we can see how the popularity of the game has spread.
It was still all snow at the time we were there, so maybe that's why there are fewer people out and about. This is a mini Street soccer court in the park, but I'm not sure if they kick a round bird instead of a ball here.
This is probably the main part of the playground that features some of the main Angry Birds.
We climbed around on it but did not manage to slide down from the 'most exciting' top level slide. Unfortunately for us, the top level of the slide was blocked off. It might be because of safety concerns during Winter, but I'm not sure as well. So we could only slide from the one way short slide..
The only 'thrilling' thing here considering it's a playground meant for Children, would be this Flying Fox, or rather 'Flying Bird' in this case.

So in my previous post I mentioned that there would be Action once I reached Rovaniemi, and this probably isn't the kind of action you were expecting. It was an interesting place I wanted to show that people wouldn't normally visit though!
The Angry Birds Park Rovaniemi would be a good place for Families with children to visit. They would love to play at this interactive park. It's also Free
