Our Trip To Coatepec Veracruz (The Coffee Capital of Mexico)
My partner Celisse and I just got back from Coatepec, the magical pueblo of Veracruz Mexico. Coatepec is considered the capital of coffee in Mexico. The best options for coffee in Coatepec, Veracruz is "La Vereda" or "Bola de Oro". Bola de Oro is the most popular coffee in the country.
We participated in a alchemical biodynamic workshop lead by the Cafetal El Equimite biodynamic farm.
