Messina is the third largest city on the island of Sicily. It has population of 238.000 and is located at the northeast part of Sicily.

Here you can notice a lot of students and colleagues. For me personally it looks like heaven studying close to beautiful sea and inside arty magnificient buildings.

It was founded in the 8th century BC. Originally they called it Zancle. But its Italian roots are from 15th century.

Conclusion
Very nice place to hang out and to experience the Italian lifestyle. But not good if you love the seaside as the beaches here are not the best for swimming. But overall worth a visit.
