My husband and I have a future goal to own a home there. We both fell in love with the island while on a cruise then went back the following year for a week long stay.

In fact, we bought a Townhouse in a gated Community on Roatan.
Would you like info on this? The prices are reasonable.
Which community is it if you don't mind me asking?
It's called Roatan 1, and it's on the main road just outside of Coxen Hole, on the way to Sandy Bay. It is very affordable. It is maybe half completed, and there are many Townhouses and Condos still to be built. Ours is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, with a beautiful view of the cruise ship harbor from our terrace.
