Travel Diaries - #Throwback - Family holiday to Mount Abu
This was sometime back when me and my family made this visit to this hill station of India, Mount Abu. I was visiting my sister in Ahmedabad and from there this place is around 4 hours drive. The most famous site of this place is the Dilwara Temples, which is completely made of white marbles. The other place to enjoy here is the Nakki Lake which is famous amongst the tourist for Sunset gazing and even for boating. One more significant place to see is the Brahma Kumari Ashram, where you can also spend some time meditating.
We did all of this and much more during our visit. There is lot of nature to explore here.

This holiday is a beautiful memory of our family time. It is also special, because my mom had accompanied us for this one. She barely steps out of the home, so we were very happy when she agreed to join us.
