I have met people who are afraid of exploring the world just because they heard from that guy who got told from that guy that there was a guy who got mugged in a foreign land with little to no experience. Just simply because you heard unfortunate tales about travel and its complication, it should not stop you from having your own. Countless are visiting the exact same place daily but guess what, their experience and journey are different. So, have your OWN adventure. Creating a comfort travel experience is another story. Eventually you will make mistakes and you’ll get better in time. I personally have heard many unfortunate events, I have had mine as well. Those setbacks taught me a whole lot of new things and definitely is going to make my next travel easier. Thus, never be scared of doing your own.

There are ways I do that have helped me despite I tend to have pre-travel anxiety.

Have little to none expectation about a place.

Despite that you see amazing pictures thrown all over the place, remember that there's always a story behind it. Be it happy or sad. If you are expecting too much and it goes sideways, it will ruin your whole experience. Just be sure to always remember, you will have your own story.

Remember that there’s always going to be either minor or major challenges just like in our daily life

It is just the same thing as in our daily life; Setbacks are inevitable. I think that it's always best prepared with whatever coming into our way which will resonates with the next one.

Be sure to make friends and research beforehand

Having friends will help ease your trouble while traveling. You can meet alike-minded people through sites like couchsurfing or nomadlist. Steemit as well! be sure to check @travelfeed and read some travel stories and tips before you visit any place in this world.

Be sure to have your electronic financial system available and works

I think this is not a necessity for every traveler but it is always good for precautions. In age of digital financial system, having one of it in your devices will help you free your mind from possible financial troubles. It's even better if the placeyou are visiting allows you to pay with cryptocurrency. I think it's either bank or cryptocurrency will do fine. I can't really deny the fact that we still need banks since cryptocurrency isn't adopted as term of payments globally just yet.

Know that it’s okay to experience difficulties, it’s part of the travel.

Again and again, it's fine to experience difficulties especially if we visit a foreign place with different culture and lifestyle. It's part of the whole journey. You will have stories to share, you will have more handy life experiences. I can pretty much tell, it is different sky scene and atmosphere in different country.
