City Travel #7 | Strange morning market - Luang Prabang
In Luang Prabang, the ancient capital of Laos hold many beautiful and now bizarre things. Every day there is a market in the afternoon in the main street, but it is a market for tourists. They sell nice things there but after a time you see it's just the same all the time.

In today's post I am gonna show you the early morning market for the locals, where they sell mostly food and things for daily usage. Why strange and creepy? Well if you don't have had any contact with such culture and you are not used to the type of food they really eat, you will find things od.
Mostly what they sell is for daily usage like food, decoration, clothes...
But then comes the creepy stuff:
Birds alive, dead and burned
Big rats and small rats to eat and to cook
And larvae
The last one is the most disgusting, but then I think is the future of food because of its large quantity of protein. It's a totally different eating culture from mine and I was surprised to see all that rats a birds, but like I said, different culture and I was happy to see what locals of Laos could really eat.
