If you land in Germany and it is Winter and super cold, the best thing to do is to go to a German Restaurant and order a Soup, a Beer and a German Schweinshaxe with Knoedel and Kraut

I ordered an extra Potato Knoedel as I love them so much with the Sauce of the Pork Knuckle. It tastes really amazing almost better than the Pork Knuckle. The Pork Knuckle was very tender and so soft, I really like this dish
