The Hotel New Otani Tokyo has one of the greatest hotel gardens in Tokyo. The garden is surrounded by 3 hotels of teh Otani group and is really amazing

I could sit there for hours and watch the impressive Kois and eat something or just read a book. You can walk around and enjoy the garden too.
