🐎 Horses in Vienna #myeuropaplog series 🐎 維也納的人與馬－歐洲行旅照片記錄系列 🐎
This post is a collection of horses photos that I took during a trip to Europe (and in this case Vienna, Austria) half an year ago. We did not try any horse-drawn carriage tours when we were there. Simply witnessed those beautiful creatures moving around downtown Vienna, carrying tourists that pay to be watched and shoot pictures by passengers. I did not do any research about if those horses feel happy or are treated well and etc., but I acknowledge that it's part of the culture of this historical city. So, I am not encouraging anyone to jump on these carriages when you are visiting Vienna. Just share how this city demonstrate herself and it is truly a unique and fantastic city!
又開始整理起歐洲相片。這篇是我在維也納時，把關於馬跟馬車的照片都集結一起的分享。維也納是個歷史感豐富的城市，觀光馬車的保留，更是讓人回到中世紀的感覺。我們沒有嘗試搭乘，只是到處都看到馬車在維也納市區繞行，上面載著付錢被人觀賞與拍照的觀光客，哈哈！沒有研究，不知道馬兒們是不是有被好好對待，但我知道這是文化的一部份，只能希望這文化的保存，不以動物福祉為代價囉！所以，不是鼓勵大家下次到維也納時去搭乘，只是讓你看看這城市的文化風貌，似乎可以窺見，皇宮盛大舉辦宴會時，皇室貴族們從各地搭乘馬車來赴約的盛況呢！

It is not entirely true that horses in Vienna only draw carriages around the city ... here is the Proof of Capability.
維也納的馬兒們，也不是全部都在拉馬車載客，你看，這一隻就不一樣，牠還會別的賺錢活兒呢！^^

Hi @deanliu, thank you for such beautiful pictures, it was a long time ago while a student when I was in Vienna but nevertheless it is absolutely the same as before. I remember those carriages and smart dressed coachman, who are very proud of their horses and I am pretty sure the horses are very well looked after. I never tried a ride as a poor student it was too expensive. I hope you enjoyed you trip in Europe, I just wonder if you visited Scotland too, as we have quite a lot of tourists coming to see Loch Ness. Cheers.

說的是，但麻煩之處在於得帶皮鞋去，甚至帶西裝(?)，我懶得研究，反正是第一次去，還會有下次。^^
