In order to get success we need to put ourselves in hardwork. And take some beneficial steps to get success. Success os acheived by after hardwork on difficulte path. We can not get success on simple way. So we have to do somerhing different and adopt good way to det success. So dont ve think about dificulties on you way. Try hard to get way.
Getting off the ship in the middle of the storm is also very suicidal because you have to be in the sea in order to experience the storm. So, it's much more profitable to keep sailing in the storm instead of getting of the ship in the midst of the storm.
It is a pure piece of motivation. When someone hasn't gone through a difficult situation, how could he succeed? Our life is filled with many little or big storms and we have to bear them. If we wouldn't face them and won't try to go through it we will not be able to cross the sea.
Everyone does not need to go through difficult situation in order to succeed. But should you go through difficult situation in your journey to success, let the vision of the end destination that your are aiming at, motivate you to fight on.
Well, it depends on the situation, some situations are not as difficult as some others are. I meant about those difficult times which are a part of our life, if we will go through that situation and defend it properly, you will meet success. As you said the vision of the desired destination is the main thing which keeps us moving and compels us to achieve our goals.

Hi @czechglobalhosts, Absolutely brilliant motivation quote shared by you. There are lot of meanings. Still our life we must need to face more storms like as problems. With problems automatically create experience for us. If we need to face whole life indeed problems like as storms, definitely come out. It's valid personal and professional life.
We all have had some storms in our lives, it depends on us how to deal with them. Our attitude is very important to overcome difficulties. As another phrase says "After the storm, comes the calm". These storms or adversities can measure our greatness.
Nobody lives a quiet life, each one goes through storms. For that, put the challenges of life as hardships for you, as a sailor of the seas of life, to cross your own personal and professional oceans. If you get off the boat too early, you have literally missed the turn of your life!
