7 World's Continents Photo Challenge - week #95 - vote for your favorite picture of the week!
Hello fellow Steemians,
you have a few more days to vote for the 95th weekly winner of my 7 World's Continents Photo Challenge who will be announced on Monday. The winner is voted by you based on the upvotes from the individual continents winner announcements. The winner of the weekly round receives 20 SBD from me and then enters into a monthly and possibly yearly challenge to compete for 200 SBD in total.
I have given out hundreds of SBD to the weekly and monthly winners and thousands of dollars worth of upvotes to winning participants. Now you have a chance to determine who will be the winner of the 95th weekly round by upvoting the below winner announcements over the next few days. Sigiriya, Sri Lanka. Sigiriya is one of the few places in Sri Lanka that are overcrowded with tourists, despite the hefty entrance fee. I went early in the morning and had about two hours to climb the rock and enjoy the stunning view from the top of the rock with relatively few people around. On the way down, I passed by hundreds of tourists.

At the borders of an ancient forest on New Zealand's South Island, a lake, formed by a glacier 14.000 years ago, known as Lake Matheson provides an amazing view to Mt. Cook and Mt. Tasman. The reflections in the lake are caused by the dark color of the water.

Manowar beach, in Dorset, is washed by the cold Atlantic waters. Yet when you look at it you may think it is one of the warm beaches of the Mediterranean. Go there at sunset for amazing views.

In June I spent three weeks Being a photographer for GlobalResolve and before I went I dreamed about getting a sunset picture in the savanna with an acacia tree. This beautiful sunset happened on my second night at camp!

Golubac fortress is located on the south side of the Danube River in Serbia. It was built during the 14th century. In one period of time it was on the border of Ottoman Empire so it has seen a fair share of big battles. It was a pretty decent sunrise. As i was there only that morning i feel i was a bit lucky.

The Full Buck Moon. Seen rising above the Sedona landscape is the July full moon, which is traditionally called the full Buck Moon because July is when the bucks antlers are in full growth mode. This full moon comes to life rising up between the last remaining clouds of a dissipating thunderstorm at sunset. Sedona Arizona USA.

I took this photo during my hike in the Colca Canyon in southern Peru. It is claimed to be the deepest canyon in the world, almost twice as deep as the Grand Canyon in the US. The stunning views and the high elevation kept taking my breath away. The majestic high mountains and snow-capped volcanoes were shrouded in mist, the crystal clear creek were flowing at the bottom of the deep canyons, and the condors were soaring above my heads.
