It is my great pleasure to announce the winner of 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Asian Sunday. I would like to say huge thank you to all the participants for their great entries. The number of entries yesterday was very good with many high-quality images so it was extremely hard to decide on the winning one. However, the winner is only one and that is for me picture posted by @jpphotography with the following entry:
Sigiriya, Sri Lanka. Sigiriya is one of the few places in Sri Lanka that are overcrowded with tourists, despite the hefty entrance fee. I went early in the morning and had about two hours to climb the rock and enjoy the stunning view from the top of the rock with relatively few people around. On the way down, I passed by hundreds of tourists.
What a great contribution from @jpphotography start the new weekly challenge! I have visited @jpphotography blog and upvoted his post called South American Saturday: Jeep driving in Altiplano, Bolivia. @jpphotography amazing entry from Sri Lanka is qualifying for the weekly challenge where it will be competing against the upcoming winners of the week.
The winner of the weekly challenge will be selected by you based on the dollar value of this post and then entered to a monthly and possibly yearly challenge on the way to win the price of 200 SBD in total. You can give @jpphotography your support by upvoting this winner announcement post.
