Hello fellow Steemians!

I am starting the week #73 of my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge and we are back to the continent of Asia.

If you like to participate, place your personal image from your travels in Asia in the comment section below with a short 30 to 50 word description. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.

Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 SBD in total. So far I have given out thousands of dollars in upvotes and hundreds of SBD in rewards.

Hongkong 2015. Today I share with you a picture which I took a few years ago on my travel in Hongkong. Still to this day I haven't seen anything similar to this concrete jungle. It's crazy how many buildings growing out of the ground in this narrow area.

Don Khon Waterfall, Laos

After four exchausting and amazing days on the motorbike in the Bolaven Plateu last week, I visited two of the 4000 islands that are located in the South of Laos in the Mekong River and are a great place to relax. I am a bit proud of myself that I actually managed to get some work done in this chilled and hot place; To reward myself, I rented a bicycle in the afternoon and explored Don Khon island where I found this beautiful waterfall just before sunset.

I have also posted this photo on my blog.

Waterfalls are one of my favourite landscapes; and if they are completely surrounded by nature... even better! This is Tegenungan Waterfall, only a few kms from Ubud, in Bali. Not only a delightful sight, but you can also bathe in the natural swimming pool that forms at the bottom, that tastes wonders after going down all the stairs to get there. Just follow the indications that are on a sign at the waterfall base: be sexy, but not naked! :)

The Hong Kong skyline is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in the world. Particularly Central, the financial district where the headquarter of some of the city's companies are based. I will never get tired of watching its amazing landscape.

As a volunteer in elephant rehabilitation centre near Chang Mai in Thailand I was honored to have taken a bath with elephants, feed them and go for a walks. On the other hand I think this was one of the saddest things I have ever seen. These elephants have apparently been saved - most having been found with injuries which were caused by people.

The Blue Gold

Coming back to trip to UAE. And yet next frame of amazingly stunning piece of architecture - The Mosque of Sheikh Zayed. It looks simply perfect during day time. But nighttime it has some additional magic due this blue lightning of the fassade, which very well contrasting with bright golden-white inner parts of the mosque

Enjoy the scenery!

Hangzhou, China is well known for its lake, museums and historical sites but the good food is another reason to make a stop there. The specialties of the region are good and walking on this street will give you the opportunity to taste several of them. This street is also beautifully decorated with red lanterns and is lined up with nice architectural style home.
