7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – Asian Sunday week #13 – the absolute winner takes 150 SBD!

Hello fellow Steemians,
I am starting the week #12 of my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge and we are back to the continent of Asia. If you like to participate then place your personal image from your travels within Asia in the comment section below with a short 30 to 50 word description. Only use of personal images will be accepted and the best 10 posts will get my upvote. I will then pick the best picture of that day that I will highlight in the separate post next day to bring the winner some extra publicity and personally visit the blog of that steemian and upvote his/her most recent post. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically be entered into other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 150 SBD in total. So far I have given out approximately $1500 in upvotes and 270 SBD in rewards.
7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge after Asia today will be followed as per below rotation and then starting again with Asia on Sunday.

Fengdu Ghost City along the Yangtze River
Today I want to share an image I took during our Yangtze Cruise. Fengdu is about 110 km away from Chongqing. The Ghost city hosts many shrines, temples and monasteries in the mountains along the river. It is dedicated to the afterlife. So no actual ghosts in the city 😜
I know, time goes fast. Stee is rising but in my opinion, it is grossly undervalued and the big rise is yet to come:)...

Miyajima near Hiroshima in Japan is a wondeful small island which is popular for it's dear population. In autumn it all becomes really colorful, a perfect time to visit and stroll around the old temples and shrines

A very cold morning at Ghasa.
Situating 2110m above sea level Ghasa is the lower part of the Mustang district. When you go to Mustang from Beni(or by bus), this is the first spot to touch the beautiful Mustang.Ghasa is a small town surrounded by beautiful mountains. And it is one of the main stopping spots if you are trekking to Mustang.

Believe me or not, I did it too when started to post to this contest :D Before never realized the fact
I went to Israel and Jordan for the first time this past summer. I absolutely loved the trip! That's a beautiful photo. But being there in summer, I never saw a single cloud in the sky!
Well, the week we were there that was snow in Jerusalem and we got some icy rain in Tel-Aviv even...
Hell knows if that to be considered as luck or not ;)
Well, it may not be luck for sightseeing and going to the beach, but I always think clouds and weather make for way more interesting pictures than a clear blue sky!
That's definitely, but when you are coming winter time from Lithuania, where is negative temperature.. still a lot of hopes to get some more warm :)

Kyoto is by far the most popular destination in Japan to see the fall colors. The Arashiyama mountain and the Katsura river are the perfect backdrops for this stunning place. In addition, check out that beautiful store along the river. The autumn scenery of Kyoto is sure to leave you awestruck.

Most costliest place in india, most crowded place. I visited with my friends. The view at evening is amzing. Whenever we had a plan to spent some quality time then we went there only. So many shops and good quality food.

Sabah is still the most exotic & romantic city I have been. I felt drunk seeing the stunning sunset- a pink, orange, yellow, velvet and white sunset. This is like God painting on the sky. I took this at the Sunset Bar in Tanjung Aru, Kota Kinabalu.

Many weeks in the Sunday Asian contest, I see photos from Hong Kong so today I decided to submit my own. It really is such a photogenic city. And if you haven't been, the best place to go at night for an incredible view of the city is Victoria Peak. It's definitely busy and filled with other people trying to take photos, but it's totally worth the effort to get a shot like this.

My submission for today is taken in the tea estates of Cameron Highlands in Malaysia. The high elevation provides a welcome relief from the humidity of the lower ground, but it also rains a lot! On the plus side the precipitation produces that gorgeous intense green that glows under the rain clouds.
