Hello fellow Steemians!

I am starting the week #105 of my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge and we are back to the continent of Asia.

If you like to participate, place your personal image from your travels in Asia in the comment section below with a short 30 to 50 word description. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.

Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 Steem in total. So far I have given out thousands of dollars in upvotes and hundreds of SBD in rewards.

After today´s Asian photo contest, the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge will be followed as per below rotation and then starting again with Asia on next Sunday.

• Monday: Australia and New Zealand
• Tuseday: Antarctica + the world’s oceans
• Wednesday: Africa
• Thursday: Europe
• Friday: North America
• Saturday: South America

See the winner of the last week´s Asian Sunday @pardinus with the following entry:

One of the first sunsets I've seen in Sri Lanka. This was one was in Hikkaduwa, the first town I've visited after leaving the capital, Colombo. Best way to finish the day!

Dubai at Night

Yet another night shot from Dubai. There is no famous Burj Khalifa here, actually it was very close from the right, but well, had to make some other perspective shots as well :D
The reflection is of just a polished marmor plate in the park nearby and very well adding some more volume to final result

Enjoy the scenery!

Mysteriously beautiful!

The moat around the Nijo Castle in Kyoto Japan is beautiful!
Lots of flowers along the banks with the amazing ancient architecture makes for an unforgettable sight.

The way to a BIG STUPA TEMPEL!

The eastern city of Polonnaruwa, with its World Heritage listed archaeological park, is one of the largest STUPA temples in Sri Lanka. Stupas are Buddhist structures that symbolize the Buddha and his teachings. The following picture shows the largest stupa temple in the park. Before you can enter the temple, the shoes must be removed.

Unknown temple from Kyoto, Japan. Too bad I only stayed there one day, it look so beautiful. The food was great and the people so nice. Lot of history it that city so there is a lot to see and learn.

View of the Treasury in Petra, Jordan

While Petra, the ancient city in Jordan, is a large area where you can wander without seeing another human soul in some parts, the famous treasury is packed during the day. When I started my second day in Petra in the morning, the treasury was largely empty, except for some camels and their owners waiting for customers.

I have also posted this photo on my blog.

This week was the 20th anniversary of the 921 earthquake, the deadliest earthquake to hit Taiwan killing over 2700 hundred people. This used to be a primary school at the epicenter and was damaged during the earthquake. The site is preserved and converted to an earthquake museum so people can learn more about this natural disaster.

Good morning @czechglobalhosts
This is a valley I passed by during my travel to the second big city of Saudi Arabia by car. It looked so attractive with the green part I saw was a tree of dates sculpture. Dates tree is their national tree. I passed this place during daylight and many people said, it is more beautiful during night time.

Two things in the photo that remind me of Thailand and its beautiful beaches: these beautiful rocks that appear in the middle of the water, and long-tailed boats. I think I took this photo on Railay beach, or in one of the small islands nearby.

I'm not sure how to join but I just want to submit this photography of mine..

The photo I took was in the Philippines where the fisherman is going to the deep part of the sea to do fishing. They'll go to the sea at this house because most of the fisherman have work during day.
