Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great weekend! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @phortun:

They say Lisbon is the "city of red roofs" but as you can see in this photo, Prague could have this nickname too. I took this panoramic shot of the Czech capital from a look-out spot right next to the Prague Castle, one of the most famous landmarks of the city.

View of Brno's Old Town, the largest Moravian city by population. The photo was taken from the hilltop after visiting the Spilberk Castle. The tower that you can see in the center of the photo is part of The Church of Saint Thomas and the Annunciation founded in the 14th century.

Let's start the week with Brno, the capital of Moravia. Thank you and have a great day.

Děkuji mnohokrát Tomas!

Thank you so much featuring my image Tomas! I appreciate it :)

Today, I am coming with this photo that I took at the Generali Arena, the home stadium of AC Sparta Prague, the most famous and successul Czech football team. I took this shot during a game between my hometown club SFC Opava and Sparta. Unfortunately, we lost the match but still enjoyed the great atmosphere :)

As you stand at the top of the Old Town Bridge Tower and enjoy the view towards the castle, this is part of what you will see. An amazing view, and sometimes even more amazing in the evening with flood lights and more!

A chateau built in the style of the classicist Baroque in the 2nd half of the 17th century. It is surrounded by a Louis XVI-style French garden.
In 1922 the castle with large surrounding land was donated to the Czechoslovak state on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of President Masaryk.
Botanical and zoological gardens were built on the land. The Prague Municipial Gallery uses castle and surrounding buildings now.

I cherish this shot and building ~ ❤️💙 ~

I stumbled a cross the Dancing House whilst walking along the riverside. Compared to the Gothic and Art Nouveau architecture across the city, this building really stood out. You can access the roof with from what I could notice.
It's just like looking at a still photograph of an earthquake as it happens. A fascinating piece of architecture.

Wallenstein Palace

I recommend this park. Indeed, you will find beautiful labyrinth and land shares. This monument is the senate of the Pragois.
You will find at the bottom of the park a wall covered with stalagmitic. This wall is not artificial. It's nice to walk around. You can find brides in photo shoot.

A dream-like impression that suits the ˋMagic City´ that Prague surely is quite well :)
Some years ago I witnessed my wildest daydreams manifesting themselves as tangible reality most truly: a reality in which our ˋGolden Town´ (...like Prague sometimes gets characterized...) is interwoven with indeed... I hardly could have wished for any earthly place more fitting :)

The National Technical Museum’s aviation collection is mainly geared toward documenting Czech civil aviation. It contains a total of 34 airplanes, of which 18 are on display in the permanent exhibit.

Very busy but beautiful in every direction. This Square is the heart of old Prague. The architecture around you is mind boggling! The hub of Old Town Prague! This is the ancient center of Praha. You may visit old city hall, clock tower, and many other famous places.

Depending on how long you are in the area and how many churches you visit your enthusiasm may vary. This is a beautiful old cathedral and if you are going to visit Prague, and you are going to visit the castle (of course you are) then you really need to go in St. Vitus.
