Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @impi:

Kostnice in the city of Kutna Hora 💀. Inside, everything is made of human bones. There are more than 40 thousand of them here. The oppressive experience that other tourists experienced did not arise for me. But I do not advise to visit especially impressionable persons.

I took this shot in Prague a couple of months ago when walking from the Petrin Hill back to the city center. I was in the middle of the Legion Bridge when I spotted this captivating scenery with boats peacefully floating on the river and the silhouettes of the majestic Prague Castle charmingly lit by the golden sunset in the background.

That sure is a stunner well worth featuring in today's edition. Well done!

Cesky Krumlov
Such beauty exists only in fairytales. You should definitely see it if you visit the Czech Republic. You will not find any blemish. The village with the river that surrounds it is a picture that keeps in your mind forever.

Main entrance to the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary with the statue of St.Norbert, premonstratensian monastery in Strahov, Prague

St.Norbert was the founder of the Premonstratensian Order. He died in 1134 and was buried in Magdeburg. But in the 16th century, Magdeburg joined the Protestants. The saint's body threatened desecration.
On the personal Emperor's order Albrecht of Wallenstein ensured the transport of the body from Magdeburg to Prague in 1626.
And in 1631 this pillar with statue was created.

The Charles Bridge is probably one of the most famous sights of the Czech capital. It lies across the river Vltava and connects the Alstatdt Prague with the so-called Lesser Town. It was built in the 14th century. It is a pure pedestrian bridge and a must for a Prague visitor. The bridge is beautifully decorated with about 30 statues.

If you like beer or good food, you can go to the brewery restaurant U Fleků, which is one of the most famous places in Prague where beer has been brewed continuously since over 500 years.

Thank you very much for featuring my photo! I'm glad you like it.
Sedlec Ossuary
This is a small church, but quite fascinating. They are in the process of excavating more bones outside, so you can look in on a real archaeological dig as well right now. All the bones are real. The designs are eerily beautiful. It is definitely worth seeing.

It is a building with a very original and very curious architecture, which stands out in the landscape mainly at night. In addition to the exterior architecture of the building, there is another attraction that is your lookout on the roof. From there it is possible to have a privileged view of the city. To go there, Barra just consume some drink in the existing bar there. As it is located on the banks of the Modalva river, it is worth to take a tour in the region and visit it. There is a subway station nearby.

In December 1980 John Lennon was killed. A young Czech man walks to a city wall and paints Lennon's face in his honor. The Czech Republic belonged to the Iron Curtain, painting John Lennon's face in public place was grounds for arrest. The wall is part of the property of the Embassy of the Republic of Malta, soon could not be overthrown and has become a point of protest ever since, symbol of freedom. People paint and write sentences and nothing can be censored. The Czechs do not miss nazism or communism.

Of course, many moves have been made or expanded lately so that tourists can easily pass. The program consists in the following: a ticket is bought (a certain number of them, since excursions and boats are designed for a certain number of people). Tours begin every 20 minutes - on foot along several grottoes and then on boats. It is better to wear something like a light sweater - it’s still cool in the caves.

Historic Center of Cesky Krumlov
Really impressive this Czech population, highly recommended and easy to visit. Great tourist attraction, as much for the preservation of the historical helmet as for its castle, landscapes and situation. Inexcusable visit on any trip to the south of the Czech Republic.
