Hello fellow Steemians!

I am here with another round of my photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below. I host this photo challenge twice a week - on Tuesday and Friday.

You can submit your entries in the current round from now until Tuesday, 6 AM (CET). Please, don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

The best 15 entries of the round will be rewarded with my upvote. I will also pick the absolute winner of the round from these 15 photos and reward him with an extra upvote on one of his recent posts published on the Steem blockchain. The winning photo will be also featured as the cover image for the next round of the photo challenge to give the author some more exposure and publicity.

There were many great entries submitted in the last round of the Prague/Czech Republic Photo Challenge and I had a hard time picking the absolute winner. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @jjprac:

St. Barbara's Cathedral in Kutna Hora in the evening sun glow. This magnificent building is a jewel of late Gothic. Local medieval miners contributed most to the flourishing of their city and the construction of the cathedral, which they dedicated to their holy protector. The temple is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Congratulations, @jjprac! It is my pleasure to upvote one of your recent posts.

Thank you for your submissions everyone. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

Photo taken in a park in the center of Opava with Our Lady of the Assumption Co-Cathedral in the background. Colloquially known just as the Opava Cathedral, the Our Lady of the Assumption Co-Cathedral is a majestic Catholic church found in the historic center of Opava, facing the Silesian Theater, another iconic landmark of the city. Built in the Gothic style in the early 14th century, the cathedral has been one of the official seats of the Bishop of the Ostrava-Opava Diocese.

St. Vitus Cathedral is located in Prague Castle. It is very clearly visible from almost all points of Prague at any time of the day. Just call this cathedral majestic - to say nothing, or to say platitudes. The cathedral is replete with values and rarities. A work of art are also Stained Glass. By the way, many of them are works of twentieth-century artists. This stained glass window is called Creation of the World. Each element in a circle displays a specific day of creation.

Sandy beaches (almost empty), around the woods, water attractions on the beach, boat trips, dinghies, pedalos ... Beer stand nearby. What can one more desire? (Farmers and saddlers would like rain.)

Cloister in the New city hall in Brno is the oldest part of the building from the 13th century. It is the only remaining part of former Dominican monastery. The place is used for exhibitions nowadays.

The Tugendhat Villa was built between 1929 - 1930 for Tugendhat family in Brno, Černá pole. One of the most important European architects of the time, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, was commissioned to design the house. The Tugendhat Villa was registered on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2001.

Děkuji za výhru.
