Hello fellow Steemians,
I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.
The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.
Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @matkodurko:
This fancy straight up railway is right in the midlde of the Prague and takes you up to Petrin Lookout tower. Usually these cabins are suuuperful from my experience, but this time, I had enough space to even lean back and take a pic :D

When I saw this beautiful green building in Brno, I just had to take a photo. I live in an area of the world where "old" buildings are less than 150 years old. It was so cool to be in Brno and experience a much older architecture than I am accustomed to seeing.
Yep, pretty much everywhere you go you will find some phenomenal buildings that are several centuries long, especially in the capital. Your entry is pretty unusual and deserves to get just little more attention:)....

The Czech Republic might not have as rich and diverse wildlife as some tropical countries but there is still a lot of beautiful animals to encounter and watch while roaming local nature. Look at this little fella, for example, that I captured in a forest just above the little Silesian village of Radun.
Night view of the statue of St. Wenceslas that is located in the upper part of the Wenseslas Square, right in front of the National Museum. One of the symbols of the Czech nation and history, the statue was created by J. V. Myslbek and it took him over 30 years to complete it.
Christmas lights, Libeň Chateau, Libeň, Prague
The Czech Republic is a rich country and Prague is a rich city. We can afford to waste energy here.
In Prague you will find Christmas lights on many public buildings. And because the Czechs are rich, there is a lot of lights on private houses now.
The Czech Republic is a beautiful and incredible country, I wish one day to visit but until then always love the stunning photography your competitions generate - sharing a view of a part of the world that is close to all our hearts.
