Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great weekend! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @ritxi:

Průhonice Chateau was originally a gothic fort from the 14th century and was rebuilt several times, the final neo-renaissance look comes from the 19th century. The chateau and nearby park are part of UNESCO since 2010. If you are coming to Prague, you should visit this place right in this season and weather conditions! Ahoj!

Photo of an interesting piece of architecture in Prague. The image shows the door and its decorative elements in Art Deco and including some sculptures. Prague is one of the few cities where you can find some different architecture styles son near. In the window next of the door there is a reflection of a neo-barroque building.

What a wonderful image! There are so many beautiful details to look for when visiting Prague and no matter how many times you visit, there is always something new. Great post to be featured today. Tomas

I agree that in Prague there are so many interesting details to look at.
Thank you for your support.

Beautiful landscape of rural Czech Republic in spring. I took this image today from a meadow above a little village located in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the country, some 20 km outside the town of Opava.

Spring it on:)...

This stadium stands on the top of Strahov Hill in Prague. It has the largest field in the world. The stadium accommodates up to 220,000 spectators. But now it is not used and abandoned. I got a little lost in Prague and went to this stadium. He impressed me with his large size.

Yeah, its size is really impressive... just the shame it is not being maintained properly....

This church (Kostel Navštívení Panny Marie) can be found in Breclav (part Postorna). Is is Christian church. It was built in1895-1898. They used 200 of different types of bricks, pavers and other materials. This picture is like a month old.

I like the way the trees and ground almost frame the cityscape. This is a city on the outside of Prague. I don't remember exactly where it was taken but it was after getting off a random bus and trying to get "lost"

The area of the former medieval castle, rebuilt in the XVI century, is the dominant feature of Kostelec nad Černými lesy. It is currently owned by the Czech University of Agriculture in Prague. They serve various social events and also serve as accommodation facilities for university students. Accommodation or sightseeing can be arranged on the castle's website.

We visited the famous Marienbad in Czech Republic on a very nice and sunny day. Here you see the Water Drinking Hall right next to the singing fountains. It's still in use today as a world renown Spa.

This was taken while I was on a dinner cruise along the Vltava river. You could see the beautiful scenery better on the deck up top but it was so cold so we had to keep going back down to the heated restaurant, once we were warmed up again we went straight back up to the deck :)

So many beautiful streets in Prague. Here I was once again in the old town on the way. On the picture you can see the towers of the church "Chrám Matky Boží před Týnem" You can also see the old town houses with their shops. What is behind the old windows?
