Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @haxi:

Church of St. Salvator. We came down from Prague Castle and finished crossing the Charles Bridge, we found this church in front of it. On the upper part of the front of the church with a majestic atmosphere, there were ten or so saints' sculptures. These sculptures of medieval buildings in Europe are truly wonderful.

Located in the tiny South Moravian village of Lednice, some 12 km outside of the town of Mikulov, the Lednice Chateau is a monumental chateau originally built in the 16th century. The current neo-Gothic appearance of the chateau dates back to an extensive reconstruction of the chateau in the 1850s.

Beautiful golden sunrise over the Silesian city of Opava and its natural surroundings. These days, with the winter approaching fast, the days are getting shorter and the sun already rises as late as at around 6.30 a.m. here in the Czech Republic.

Here my entry in your contest after HF20.

Photo of one of the most interesting new buildings of Prague*. The Dancing House, built in the 90’s, its style is contrast of the buildings in the neighborhood, since they are mainly baroque, neoclassical, etc. The design of this building gives the sensation that is “moving” or dancing”, due to its dynamic lines. The image shows an old tram in front of it.

Another attraction of Prague is Wenceslas Square.
At Wenceslas Square there is the National Museum. In dopolnenye for Wenceslas Square are back Dvorets Koronы, Dvorets Europe, Dvorets Aster, Hotel "Ambassador" dvorets Petka, Prazhskyy dvorets, Home Vyhla, dvorets Lucerne, dvorets "volatile" dvorets "Phoenix." However, there are even more cafes, restaurants, pubs, souvenir shops, clothing stores and footwear. However, on the spot of Wenceslas Square there was a market of horses. Currently, it is a tourist destination with lots of attractions, where old houses coexist with modern buildings, almost close to each other.

Do you know what a Limnigraph is?, Limnigraph, the dock "at František", next to the Štefánik´s Bridge

Limnigraf is a device that showes the depth of the river. This building dates from 1900. I do not know if the device is original. I do not even know how it works.
Prague was important for shipping freight. From Prague it was possible to go by boat to Hamburg.
The gauge shows that the Vltava is here and now 3.8 meters deep.

Regimental and Battalion Monument to Austrian imperial army near the Battle of Königgrätz (Hradec Králové) place. The Kingdom of Prussia defeated the Austrian Empire here. The monument is placed by the road near the Chlum village.

The restaurant and the hotel boat, we had an excellent kitchen and tasty food there. In the background the old water tower is 47 m high and I find it very impressive and beautiful.

Surely one of the most eccentric elements of the Czech capital. The dancing house, two crooked buildings that seem to paint the dancing embrace between Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. A remarkable, modern, futuristic structure inserted in a completely opposite environment. Worth a visit at least from the outside, maybe arriving with a walk along the Vltava.

Inside Of St. Vitus Cathedral
A truly magnificent cathedral which is part of Prague castle. A mix of different styles of architecture The stained glass is spectacular when viewed at the right time of day when the sun illuminates the interior of the church Also homes of the crown hewels.

Visiting Prague one more thing to do and see is the Lennon Wall, especially if you're a fanatic. It was a simple white wall that at the death of Lennon his fans wanted to honor him with graffiti, the next day the authorities painted it again in white until today it is an overlay of graffiti showing part of the revolutionary culture. You have to see it and read between each of his drawings and phrases, I found it beautiful both as a tribute to Lennon and also for being a way in which young people revealed themselves to the regime. You have to visit it.
