Zipaquirá una Ciudad para conocer ! #2
Hola a todos querida Comunidad de Steemit!
Hoy les voy a hablar de un lugar que merece la pena visitar ubicado en Colombia en el Departamento de Cundínamarca llamado Zipaquirá.
Zipaquirá se encuentra a 25 km de Bogotá la capital de Colombia, es uno de los Municipios mas grandes de Colombia y tiene el centro de explotación de sal más grande del país es por eso que esta ciudad es conocida la la Ciudad de la sal.
Así mismo de los lugares turísticos mas importantes de Zipaquirá es la Catedral de Sal.

Catedral de Sal:
Como ya les dije anteriormente Zipaquirá es conocida como la Ciudad de la Sal, parte de este nombre por la explotación de sal que se lleva acabo en este territorio, me animo a invitarlos a este lugar por su mayor atracción turística que es la Catedral de sal.
Pero que es la Catedral de Sal ?
Es un museo que fue construido en la parte interior de las Minas de Sal de Zipaquirá no solo es una construcción arquitectónica majestuosa, sino que también dentro de este podremos encontrarnos con todo tipo de esculturas hechas en sal y en mármol haciendo de la Catedral de sal como una de las 7 maravillas del mundo moderno.
En la parte subterránea de la Iglesia se puede encontrar el parque de la sal que también es un lugar muy atractivo dedicado a minería, recursos naturales etc.

La Catedral de Sal de Zipaquirá, aunque es única en el mundo como santuario religioso y cultural, no es la única experiencia de utilización de una mina como espacio alternativo. Otra experiencia similar puede encontrarse en las Minas de sal de Wieliczka, el más grande museo de sal de Europa,20 construido en una mina de sal de 700 años de antigüedad, a 15 km al sur de Cracovia (Polonia). La Catedral de Sal, sin embargo, permanece como una obra de interés mundial y patrimonio cultural e histórico de Colombia.
