This is the most in depth and most time consuming tab to set up and maintain. But if it is done properly and well in advance – it will save you a huge headache and ensure confidence and continuity in planning.

This table contains a list of all the countries we want to visit, length of stay, estimated budget for the country and the time period, a tab for anticipated earnings and then two columns for actual earnings and expenditure.

Andrius has then set up a Summary Table, which adds up all the figures to provide the below –

Where Savings – is the sum we are panning to have in our account before we set out. Balance – is the difference between our Earnings + Savings and Expenditure. Actual Expenditure and Income are £0 just now as we haven’t started the adventure yet. The rest are self explanatory. All calculations are based on 2 people traveling together.

Funny enough, the above actually shows that it is absolutely possible to travel the World for around a year and to sustain oneself with a positive cashflow. For us this is achievable with earning only £340 per week. Remember – £5k is our savings prior to starting.
