Burası Ayasofya'dan çıkıp ziyaret ettiğimiz Yerebatan sarnıcı...
Zamanında İstanbul'un su ihtiyacını karşılamak için yapılmış olan sarnıç gizemli bir yer olmakla birlikte filmlere ve kitaplara konu olmuş.
Ben sondan başlamak ve medusa başlarından bahsetmek istiyorum. Çünkü en ilginç bulduğum tarafı bu başlar ve tabiki ağlayan sutündu. Medusa hakkında bilgi fotografta mevcut ve okumanızı tavsiye ederim. 
Sarnıca inmek için fazlaca merdiven inmeniz gerekiyor 52 taneymiş ve karşınıza bu loş ışıklı sütunlar yerde de su çıkıyor. Nemli kokusu ve ürpertici bir hali var. Kim bilir neler yaşanmış derken ağlayan sütunla karşılaşıyorsunuz. Söylentiye göre sarnıç yapılırken bir sürü köle hayatını kaybetmiş ve o sütun onların anısına yapılmış.
