Yurt olmadı hiçbir gönül,
Azığımı alıp yollara düştüm,
Aşkı aramakla geçti ömür,
Mecnun'dan beter dillere düştüm,
İçi boşaltılmış sevda sözleri,
Sürmeyle gizlenmiş kurşun gözleri,
Sırtımda, her yerde kamçı izleri,
Cellattan zalim kullara düştüm,
Kara topraklar atıldı üstüme,
En derin yaralar kaldı postuma,
Elimi uzattım, yetişmez dostuma,
Ölülerden suskun hallere düştüm,
Her uzatılan kasede ayrı zehir,
Her insan elinde başka kahır,
Zaman ızdırap, akmayan nehir,
Geçmeyi bilmeyen günlere düştüm...
