1, why did you think about making PoliPoli
I thought that politics is not good I got the idea that I wanted to make polypoly.
It is said that Japanese are low in political interest, but even in the smaho generation, over 40% are going to vote and more than half are said to be dissatisfied with politics at least somewhat. While there are many people who are vaguely stressed by politics, there is no political service that is stingy. (There is no service that at least people who are feeling stress actively use)
There are two reasons why politicing services are not available in Japan. In case
① Reason why it has not come so far
To the extent that it does not make money, there is a risk in advancing into the political field and the Efficiency
is bad
② Reason why the user does not use it even if it comes out
The political community is often slanderous and slanderous, politicians are also hard to use
However, using the new concept of token economy, I was convinced that Ikei is able to make political services that I thought about Polypoly.
(For Token Economy we will discuss it later.)

2, Overview of PoliPoli
In a word, PoliPoli is a "political community service that visualizes the trust of politicians and citizens by using an evaluation economic model."
To put it more concretely, saying good things is to say "good" that you can turn that statement into a token (your own currency).
For reference, I referred to the service called Steemit. This service is good for articles (which can be turned into tokens), but the great thing about Steemit is that there are actually hundreds of thousands of users, an average of about three dollars per article, a good article $ 1000 There are cases where you can receive as much as you can.
And there are two reasons we used as a reference.
One thing is that there is an incentive token. If you comment on slander and slander, the trust score falls within the service and the token is not received so the user will write good comments and articles. So that a community of high quality will be developed.
The second is the nature of the business model called Token Economy.
Token economy is to make small economic spheres in that field using tokens. There is a fun that users can monetize by the excitement of the community rather than paying for services.
Our monetization is several% of new token issuance. The value of the token depends on the liquidity of the token, how often the token is used within the community.
I thought that this property is suitable for the field of politics where most people are committed but they do not pay money.
PoliPoli is a service of politics × token economy.

3, Design of token economy
I will explain the design of the token economy.

In case
① Citizens give us a token of Polin by attaching "Like" to the opinion of politicians and politicians who thought that they want "good" and "want to cheer".

As citizens also evaluate each other's opinions, the more they become active within the service, the "confidence score" rises and you can get Polin. At the same time as lowering the confidence score of those who made remarks such as libelous slander as well as attaching incentives to make good remarks, it is possible to reduce Polin that the other person can receive (the details will be described later), so it is possible to form a community that is not raging I will.

② Politicians will receive Polin as citizens provide more data to Polypol.
It is to answer a questionnaire when registering a user. Before the elections in particular, there is a need for politicians to know what citizens of what age of what age is thinking. Some politicians buy 1000 samples of simple data for hundreds of thousands of yen.
Politicians can obtain accurate data of citizens by paying Polin to PoliPoli.
Accurate data of this citizen will be offered not only to politicians but also to businesses.
(Of course, only citizens who were given permission to provide data to the extent that they do not violate privacy under the terms of use etc.)
In case

③ Polin is handed out like a point in the game by distributing it for free at the first stage.
The one on the upper right is made after the value is secured in the token, such as ① ② going around and listing on the exchange.
Make a listing with the virtual currency exchange trader at the timing when the token's liquidity has increased, such as demand for tokens for citizens who want to support more politicians, users who want to raise their score of confidence, or companies that still want citizen data, etc. I will do it.
Regarding the design of the token economy, I think that it is very important to increase demand for tokens.
(However, I will not make a statement about making it listed on the exchange from legal problems.)
In case
I issue a new token every year, but since 1 percent of the new issue is our monetization, we also give ourselves an incentive to increase the liquidity of the token.

4, About how to give credibility score
I will explain the confidence score to visualize trust within the service.
Based on the confidence score, citizens will receive a new issue of Polin every week. We design to issue 10% of the total Polin newly in one year.
In case

First, I will divide it into three groups of citizen, ambassador citizen, politician.
"If we set the citizen's confidence score to 10, we will design the number of good to be 6, the amount of token granted to the politicians 3, the amount of token holding 1 to 1.
I emphasize the amount of goodness that NEM's POI idea of increasing the amount of tokens as much as I contribute to the community is taken into consideration.
In order to prevent excessive accumulation of Polin initially received and to prevent it from being redeemed immediately, we allocate the token amount given to politicians 3 times as much as the holding token. In the long run, if you give a token to a politician, it will be designed to give you a token with a higher confidence score.
Furthermore, holding tokens also influence the confidence score so as to give incentives to buy and receive tokens.
In case
Ambassador citizen's confidence score is evaluated by adding 3 to the talk room which can be discussed in addition to the evaluation axis of the citizen, with the citizen's confidence score as 10.

Citizens who have the highest confidence score in 10% have the right to regularly become ambassador citizens. Ambassador citizens have various privileges as people familiar with politics.
One of them is to create discussion page called Talk Room. Citizens and politicians can talk about where they can make talk rooms on various topics. A good number attached to that talk room is added as a confidence score.
However, Ambassador citizens regularly return to ordinary citizens if they do not earn the top 10% confidence score.
① "Amenity" to ambassadors with various benefits, to enjoy politics with a sense of game ② to prevent politics from becoming politics by strengthening the remarks of Ambassador citizens who are familiar with politics to some extent It is the goal of Ambassador citizen.

In case
"Confidence score of politicians = amount of tokens you've received so far".
Politicians with a high confidence score will be designed to be displayed above.
Politicians do not change their credibility score even if they use the tokens they receive.
Also, although it is slightly finer, we use the following formula to attach concrete numerical values.

Whether the current hypothesis works well will be considered while actually verifying after release.
However, as general users think that it is difficult to understand the token economy, we are promoting development while focusing on designing to make the confidence score "fun" and "easy" for the game feeling.

5, Frequently Asked Questions
We are convinced that we will make such a token economy and create small economic spheres in various fields but since I think that there are many questionable points as a new business model, let me answer frequently asked questions Let's eat.

Q.1 Why is it a virtual currency? Can you point it?
The value of the virtual currency fluctuates in the market. As mentioned earlier, the higher the liquidity of the token, the higher the value of the token, so the incentive to activate the token in the community works. (Described above)
If it is a service of another token economy, it is also common to see users with tokens help marketing.
Also, if it is a point, you have to find each settlement store one by one, but if it was a virtual currency, so that we can use our own currency like us in all the virtual currency payment introduction shops in the future It is also said that it will become.
It is a pleasure if you understand that the token economy has the property that it is easier to create a community, as it has various incentives as mentioned above.

Q.2 If I do ICO, is it necessary to acquire virtual currency exchange business?
PoliPoli does not do ICO. In case
Because polypoly is totally free when distributing tokens to users, at this time Polin can not be used as a repayment of the price for unspecified people, but legal currencies, bit coins and other existing 1 Since there is no exchange market with No. virtual currency (refer to Article 2 (5) 1 of the fund settlement law) and the timing of the listing on the virtual currency exchange is uncertain and undecided, it is not a virtual currency, Acquisition is not necessary.
However, since the virtual currency market is an early stage and it is an area with rapid change, there is a possibility to change the policy according to the situation at that time.

Q.3 Is there any problem with donation using virtual currency?
There is still a problem that the law around here is not being maintained, but if we take the data of the donor, personal donation is up to 1.5 million per year.
In consideration of the variability of the value of the token, self-regulation is carried out by limiting the grant of 100,000 yen of Polin to a politician at the time of giving a token, and if it should become 15 times by any chance I'm thinking of returning a token.

Q.4 Can I monetize?
In order to have sustainability as a service, I also think of monetization as well.

We publish the token for the first 5 billion Polin, issue 10% newly in a year and release it to the market, but we will make 1% of the newly issued issue a running cost (development expenses, marketing etc etc) . Here we also give incentive designs to encourage ourselves to raise the community and increase the value of the token.

  • For the numbers here, I am referring to Steemit, ALIS who is actually moving.

6, in the end
At the beginning we are running, but finally we want to make this polypoly service a self-sustaining distributed type service (dapps) that works without an operator, making it a truly neutral platform .
And our mission is to "innovate in politics".
In the political field where innovation is lagging behind, I would like to develop a service involving politicians with a high degree of freedom and to become a startup that will create the next generation election system and national system.
I would be happy if you would like to contact people who are interested in polypoly · those who have questions or who want to cooperate in some form.
Thank you for dating a long time.
