After doing an invest in the heist the resources are fone but no investment in the heist. Earlier this week a building upgrade didn't start after the payment was done.

Hello @tijntje we experienced difficulties on the heist and upgrade for a few hours, but the problem was solved very quickly, we are sorry for the losses you had to suffer.
