Moon is Nearly Full - Day 103 - Daily Haiku - Night Landscape Photography

Moon is nearly full
lighting the landscape below
reflecting her love

Cori MacNaughton

Another of the shots I took earlier this evening, this time through the trees looking toward the studio, also taken with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

This next shot is the shot I took immediately prior, which shows the window of the studio below, for context:

Tonight has been an absolutely beautiful evening, although even though it was still relatively warm when I took these, the fireflies didn't seem to be active at all. Too much competition from the light of the moon. ;-)

The goats were bellowing when I went to take them to their stall, because Semafor had yet again wrapped his tether around a small tree and thus made himself a captive, but they settled down as soon as I fed them. And our new little barn-kitty-in-training had again eaten the food I left out for it earlier today, though again I didn't spot him or her.

All in good time. Life is good.

Melaleuca, a company that has been making natural, eco-friendly
products since the 1980s, that not only work as well as
chemically laden versions from the supermarket,
but are safer, and typically save money overall in addition.

I was introduced to them by a co-worker in 1990, lost track
of them, and was thrilled to find them again about a year
and a half ago. I strongly recommend their products.

All words and images are my own.

The photo of our dog, Lolo, and our late cat, Miod, I took as they were cooperatively begging at the dinner table, despite our longstanding rule of not feeding them from the table.

You can see how much that deterred them both.

The trees make the photo look like a poster for a movie. Nice shot! Lovely haiku, as always. :)
