Apply here for dolphin support: 1000-1500 SP accounts
I'm getting ready to open up level three of my user support program @themesopotamians, and I'm looking for some users to fill that level. (If you're here thinking "I don't have that many SP," stay tuned; we'll be opening up for Level 1 again pretty soon.)
Applications today are for ongoing vote support from the @m-hammurabi account, which I'll be delegating 2500 SP to for this purpose next week. You'll also get the opportunity to level up within the program, with support continuing until 5000 SP. We're still working our way through the level-up process a little bit, but you can read about it here and here.
@m-hammurabi will be activating on September 8.
Eligibility guidelines:
- You must have between 1000 and 1500 native SP. (Before calculating any delegation.)
- You must be a community-oriented poster, and have some evidence to show for that. (This is open-ended partly so you can tell me what it means to you.)
- Your long-term Steem strategy must be to grow your account.
There are no requirements to support the system in return, though obviously I appreciate it if you do, and it will help me advance more users in the future.

Be aware that since I'm basically handing out money here I feel no obligation to be fair in my choices.

Hey, I'd love to nominate myself for this initiative. I recently just tipped over the 1100 SP mark.
I'm very much community minded in the Steemit world and have participated in a number of community events. I've donated prizes and my time to a number of competitions, recently ran my own little delegation contest where I delegated 300 SP to @cyclefeed for a few weeks, and actively work to grow my account and learn about this fascinating crypto world of ours.
I haven't been highly active on the posting front for a couple of weeks due to some real life problems that I am working hard to fix (I'm selling my business and trying to get back into full time work).
Once the real life stuff have been dealt with I'll be back on Steemit in full force, and posting daily once again. I have some posts lined up that I'm looking forward to getting out there, including my involvement in Steem Monsters, some educational stuff about POS coins, and many other things.
Anyway, my long term goals with Steemit are huge. I plan on growing my account to a point where I can support myself from my income here and via my other crypto holdings, and I plan on telling people about how I achieved all of this.
To date, my crypto holdings are solely from my Steemit earnings, which to me is pretty amazing. And that's why I love this platform so much.

Even being a minnow ( I just reached 1500 SP ) I support many initiatives and delegate to many places because I believe in the community oriented thinking in this platform is the only thing that will actually make you succeed. I am a sponsor with SBI shares in MaM where I buy shares for the winners every two weeks , I also run the @helpie account vote system and automation , I also fund the Eco-Pelican Project run by @wilins to discover new spanish speaking authors ( I am a native spanish speaker ) .
Also I run the ''Cover a Steemian'' initiative to which I just added a little delegation prize and hope to start a Prize pool to give away to participants :) , so if I got a little extra boost in my account growth I would surely put it towards that initiative too.

I am a regular poster of high quality content on a wide range of topics. These include internet censorship, technical, legal and economic aspects of cryptocurrencies, Israel, military affairs and travel.
I've been on Steemit less than 6 months and have been a very active participant with almost 70 posts and 375 comments. All my curation has been manual and I have supported a range of projects including Australian and South African farmers.
I'd like you to consider my community project as the Class Action against Facebook & Google for censoring the Crypto Community (by their draconian ban on all crypto related ads).
I am arranging this legal action via my company JPB Liberty Pty Ltd to defend the Crypto Community from an unjustified and unfair attack by the Tech Giants. This issue has now become even more acute as censorship of all alternative opinions (both Right and Left) becomes more and more prevalent and our online freedom is at real risk
My SP is ~15% below the 1000 level at the moment but I'm prepared to invest to bring it up to 1000 to be eligible.
I'm really looking for community building for Steem in specific, rather than cryptos in general. Good luck with your action, though.

This ban has affected Steem particularly hard because it needs to attract users from other social media & content sharing networks and can't advertise on the platforms where these users are!
Also, you'll personally get substantial compensation if the case is successful.

Whoa, just looked at your SP for the level 2 stats post and you're ready to level up into this one already. I guess I don't have to worry too much about finding enough people for it.
My eyes are on the 5k SP Target...Do you think I could do it before SMT'S Launch? That would be my breathing moment...biggest break. For now, work.work.work. :)
We could do with afew more, but only you know the stats on that end.
If SMTs are on time, that's ambitious, but you're already moving faster than I expected anyone to be able to based primarily on posting rather than buying. I think you've got a good shot.

OK! I see you are looking to support a community oriented account with a long term strategy. That sounds a lot like @dropahead's! In regards of community, our purpose is to support undervalued quality content, with special focus on small accounts (mainly plankton & minnows, a few dolphins). We managed to cast 16,000 votes for that purpose in our first year! In regards of growing the account, we reinvest all revenue on STEEM POWER, so you'll find a lot of power-ups in @dropahead's wallet. We must keep growing the account by design! Something you didn't ask for (but I think worth mention) is that we are very transparent on how we use @dropahead's assets. All of the above are very easy to verify, you only have to check wall and wallet.

I have little more than 1000 Sp (delegated amount to Steemhunt & Actifit ) and I do have Steemhunt & actifit tokens and I do try my best to be of hep to Steemians and interact with them as much as possible !

Hello @tcpolymath. First a shoutout to @simplymike for resteeming your post and bringing it to my attention.
I'm currently at 970 SP with 24 SP incoming. I should cross 1000 SP in less than 2 weeks. Most of that is delegated but I always lease SP to cover that so my upvote has some worth. With the lease (which I have to renew today) it's currently at 1564 SP.
As for being community oriented...I've been delegating 200 SP to @accelerator (a community bot) for the last 2-3 months. I've decreased that to 30 SP a few days ago.
I have 50 SP delegated to @cleanplanet (a cleaning initiative that rewards cleaning garbage) and 400 SP to @actifit that rewards people for physical activity.
Most of my upvotes go to posters on @steemhunt. A lot of voting is required on steemhunt to have a good Hunt score upon which the @steemhunt account upvotes. @steemhunt has the potential to become one of the most recognizable Steem apps outside Steemit.
I do support some smaller accounts (@svarozich) and a couple of accounts similar (a little smaller) in size to me. I would support more with your delegation - is that what your program is offering or is your support in the form of upvotes?
I don't know if that qualifies me in terms of community support.
But I can tell you for sure I'm in Steem for the long run and want to grow my account with dreams of 100$ per Steem. But even then I will probably stay if I can generate enough monthly income with my account at those price ranges.

I'm not sure yet. Part of why I like to review most applications together is I'm adding up number of posts rather than number of accounts. With the people I've accepted already and the ones moving up from the lower level, it looks like there's still room for 3-4 posts/day or so.

You're eligible, but I'd like to know more about who you are and what your goals are on Steem. It looks like you're DTube-focused and I really don't pay very much attention to DTube, so I need more of an introduction.
(Just because I'm text-focused doesn't mean I don't want to support DTubers, I do. I'm just not as up-to-date on who's working there and doing what.)
This is totally OK. One of the reasons I use native SP is that I want people to be able to use it in creative ways, including delegation.

My goal is to make the upvote of @dcooperation at least $1. Of course I want to grow to a dolphin because I'm posting everyday for more than one year and I always invite people to steem blockchain. We upvote only dtubes videos because dtube pays for that and we are new community and we need to earn more to power up. All the earning from that account is going to power up. And the interviews I'm doing, I'm uploading on youtube as well to prome steem there because youtube has a huge traffic.
An other thing I'm doing is supporting any kind of collaborations in steem blockchain. I believe that if people will collaborate more, we will have more interesting content here. We support also dlive, dsound, steepshot users and all the other apps by collaborating with them as well, not only the upvote is a support, when we promote each other it's good as well.
About me, I'm Algerian but I live in Russia for a long time. So I know 4 languages: English, Russian, Arabic and a bit French. I like to sing, I like comedy, I like to make videos and to build relationships as well.

It's not about you doing anything wrong. I simply felt some of the other applicants were a better fit.
I think there is an other problem anyway, because a lot of programs like yours didn't accept me. That's why I'm creating mine and I'm doing well. We shouldn't restrict people in steem, steem is much bigger than that.
Hey @tcpolymath, thanks so much for directing me here! I am not the best about talking about myself so I will start with the things I’m passionate about.
I personally feel curation and the building of communities is vital for the future of Steemit. I have done my best to help with these things through my work with Curie, helpie and a new all encompassing curation effort called @c-squared that I started with 3 other passionate curators and friends. Our goal is to be a place for all curation efforts to come together to be able to lift that quality content and content creators as much as we can.
I feel the turning point of Steem will be when creators and investors come together, seeing as we have the same goals. Even though I’m just a minnow I see possible success in that merging and am working in my own way to help make it happen.
As far as my content, I’m one of those authors that doesn’t really have a niche. I write about lifestyle, opinion pieces, curation, life and also trying to share my random knowledge through tutorials (which I am very overdue for one actually.) But in all of my randomness I try to make sure that what I put out on the platform adds value in one way or another. Whether that be through engagement, information or possibly just making one person feel that they are not alone in this journey.
I’m also a complete dork who is way too passionate for her own good 😜
