Our featured member this week is someone who was really quiet to begin with, but has proven her mettle on more than one occasion as an ally. Tip your hats to the beautiful eyes of @sol25! Most of you have probably seen her snapping shots all over Steemit. She may be a lady of few spoken words, but her lens is an optical masterpiece.

She calls a country in South America home. Venezuela. This multilingual ally of ours has been one of the most consistent and dedicated to our family and the platform. She proved her resolve and commitment to #thealliance through one of those nasty experiments @enginewitty is always conducting and earned herself a leadership position in the process. Together with @leyargoz, they are now building the Spanish speaking Beta Syndicate steadily and quietly.

This is a series that @sol25 has been involved with from the get go. At its start, it was just a fun way to engage with other Steempeeps. Since that time, she has evolved it an actual contest with rewards for the winners of each daily challenge. The key component in the rules of this challenge that sets it apart from most is - we must "show our ability to produce good content". Love it.
