Hi Everyone!
Five days ago I was challenged by @freedomtowrite to 'ground' myself. She also requested a video of proof I did it, in the cold and snow. You can find her post here and the Yeti's post with all the rules here.
Today I finally felt well enough and remembered about the Challenge while it was still light out! This video is what happened when I get 'grounded'.

Brrr... Kudos to doing this challenge in the cold! It's great that you have a tree tap for syrup! 😋 I liked your story from when you were younger! Good thing you didn't feel the nail!
I was (and do still) always running around in bare feet! Even in the winter I'd rather have the heat higher than wear socks. (I'm not allowed to mess with the thermostat though, since our bills would be through the roof! LOL)

That was great! I thought it would be a fun challenge to get people out of their comfort zone (even in the cold)🙃. There is so much good that happened just putting your feet on the ground. I loved it. Be well!

I stepped on a nail once, too. Only, I felt it! 😁
when I was a kid if I wanted to get away from my brother.......cuz he was ........going to give me a HUGE hug I could sprint really fast and if I made it to the stones......I was very safe because he always wore shoes and had baby feet loll :D

so AM I @freedomtowrite. It was a good exercise to do. It did really help ground me but WITH my slippers on :D and ended up to be a lot of fun!!

watched the video, hope your feet did not go numb after that. thanks for the corn guy :D and you are so right about that feeling to touch stuff while shopping, as a child. Grownups never approve
always hated the words.......Nowwwwwwwwwwww don't touch! LOLLL still do :D it's like telling me to TOUCH something :D
