Well technically not with me because I was taking the pictures and trying to avoid too much unnecessary exercise, but I had a fun day out with my boy at this indoor trampoline centre.

It's an fun place with trampolines set into the floor, bounce you way around for fun and exercise - you pay for an hour slot.

The boy gets worn out and I get to wear silly looking socks - it's a win win situation really

A little bit of relaxation is what we all need right now though, as the value of Steem keeps dropping the strain on people keeps rising.

It's always a delicate balance, Steem tracks every other Cryptocurrency and they are all equally down at the moment - maybe in future the blogging side of Steemit could stabilise Steem against the other cryptocurrencies - but it needs a far bigger influx of users then it has now, and making this a welcoming friendly place doesn't seem to be on everyone's agenda right now.

It's not unreasonable to expect a little respect for others, and really you should be more then confident of your own ability to create content before judging the quality of others.

Standing tall as an individual, you can do well - but unite in a group and your strength is from all those that back and support you. Finding a community is a key way to grow, and together as a group we can bring each other up and support each other.

No matter how hard the struggle, or difficult the task - when you have good people to back and support you anything is possible.

And the greatest support we have are the #Witness who ensure the blockchain keeps running smoothly, with thirty votes each we have plenty of scope to vote for a range of people that are paying to run a server and contribute to keep the blockchain running.

Using our Witness votes ensures that everything here keeps running smoothly, and at the very least five of the top 20 Witnesses should be voted for because they are carrying the burden of supporting all of us.

And the real Backbone of this blockchain are the dedicated Nodes run by select Witnesses - these are additional servers paid for out of Witness rewards that ensure we can all post, comment and resteem. See https://status.steemnodes.com for a live view of the active Nodes supplied by Witnesses, if for whatever reason you don't feel like voting for a Witness - at least vote for a few of these running Nodes - without them none of this would be happening at all.

Throughout our struggle we have at least each other, and helping to support ourselves will go a long way to ensuring a better future for us all.

Reaching high and achieving our dreams, it might seem impossible but you can do anything when you put your mind to it.

Even walking on air.....

Together we can achieve so much, united we are strong.

Do not loose sight of your dreams, they are there for you to cherish.

Hang tough, don't give up...

Focus on your dreams and they can become a reality.

Fly high and be strong

Sometimes we have to go backwards to move forwards, but in the end it will all work out

Keep your balance, it's a rocky journey but with good poise we can overcome the worst.

Fly high and dream big, the future is bright and what you will make of it.
